Works great picks up really good! Really happy with this voice recorder

I was impressed with the triple microphones on this voice recorder. Unfortunately I had to return this item as I had great difficulty figuring out how to use it. The instructions consist of a bunch of pictures that really don't tell you much. I am not tech savvy. Contacting customer service was not very helpful as they could not understand that I needed very detailed instruction on how to operate this device. I ended up returning this and purchasing a SONY and SONY has a You Tube video that explains how to use their device. I was up and running in no time. I would only recommend this to those who understand all of the functions, otherwise get the SONY

its not up to the standard I am use to buying from Best Buy wish I had not bought it. If given the chance would take back to the store.

The product that I needed was in stock, and the service was good.

Finally can dictate direct to text. Saving time on writing Recipes.

Good backup when you need it at a conference but a little clunky interface.

Great little recorder and I love that I can upload everything to my computer on a daily basis and have an empty recorder the next day

I purchased this for reporting and interviews and it worked Fabulous! Great two mic performance and you can't hear any noise in the background. You can use an app to transfer recordings to computer. Will buy again for interns.

This is a decent device. I didn't like the feel and it seemed cheap... replaced it with a different sony device

The product takes more than just opening the box and turning it on. Thus, for those of us who fail to read everything and every page - stay clear.

This device records everything good, and with the noise filters turned on you can hear what you're recording to listen to it later.

difficult to figure out how to use. no instructions...need to record meetings & music from class

This is a great recording device. You must be prepared to have password(s) for the location that you are using the device.

I am hoping for the best after reading the reviews about this recorder. I havent tried it yet, however Best Buy offers great prices on their products.

Felt cheap nowhere near the quality of the Sony ones and a lot more expensive also sound quality was unimpressive

If you are looking for something compact and easy to use this is it. You need a bit sense of the use of technology.

Sound volume is too low when you play back recording.

It’s okay but it not safe because my husband found it and he play his stupid music all day lol He told me to go return it and not to waste $ lol
