    Terrible instructions, meaningless. I wanted a recording device that could replay conversations, but learned that this pen merely records data which must be downloaded to my computer, then transmitted to a company I never heard of so it could send me a physical copy. There is no way to actually hear anything, plus they want to charge me a big fee for worthless information. I am a lawyer who needs to play conversations to a jury so they can hear the voices, not get a text. Completely worthless device.

    Very good quality look & feel of the pen. Very descret recording and easy to start + stop - just slider up or down. Love it! I have also tested the Sembly software which works great via the audio upload function - I have just tested 2 languages - but up to 40 languages are available. Great value!

    Sound quality is pretty good. Works great for what i bought it for. Using it to take audio notes during sessions of dungeons and dragons. Voices are clear and sound doesn't get muddy when multiple people are talking.

    I have no complaints. Based on other reviews I was worried that the metal clip would fall off exposing the red light, but I’ve used my pen several times now and have had good luck I guess. Fast shipping. Great quality pen. Great sound. I’m happy.
