Ive been through 4 of these because i bought two and had to get replacements immediately. Customer service department was very responsive but both tomes i had issues, they would oush the cause of the issues on me instead of admitting the subs are not great. Ive tried ported boxes. Sealed boxes. Less power. More power. Etc. They are junk and ill no longer be buying anything made by this company.
