This game like the first one is all about the story and decisions you make, and the combat challenges can be a major or minor part of your play through. The story is well developed and can be immersive like a good fantasy novel. A number of the encounters are choose-your-own-adventure dialogues, which adds to the game. Having the option for turn-based verses RTS makes the harder difficulties - which simply add more monsters and thus loot to each encounter - more survivable. Load screens can be annoying at first until you get the fast travel system down. Ive experienced zero bugs, however I did think there was bugs until I learned to hold the A button down to select hidden boxes etc. Bottom line, worth it- endless play in an open world.

A well written RPG in the traditional sense of old school RPG’s like Pool of Radiance. A solid engine with well drawn art (although not cutting edge graphically) marred somewhat by slow loading times.

This is an absolutely fantastic role-playing game, top to bottom. The only issue is that it wasn't playtested enough, as there's quite a good many of bugs/glitches that'll dampen your enjoyability. If you can handle some shortcomings, there's a deep and rewarding game here worth investing your time into.

The game is a lot of fun to play with multiple replays an option. Currently the game has rather lengthy loading screens that are somewhat immersion breaking. Definitely a must play.
