    I use 8 of these in my business and love how the remotes are paired with each TV so they don't control the others. Also love the voice option. Great buy!

    This tv is ok, but the software interface is very slow and over complicated. I’d recommend just getting a fire tv.

    Great to have a Smart TV at this price. However, I didn't realize the impact of HD (720) vs Full HD (1080) at this size. I am constantly looking and asking myself if this is as clear as it should be. Sometimes motion also doesn't seem smooth. Finally, Netflix NFL games had an audio sync issue.

    Slow speed to turn on! Channel changer does not allow going up and down, must enter specific channel number each time. I returned, return was accepted and its been over 15 days for refund / credit

    product had a built in fault and had to be replaced - with another of the exact same model. have been unable to set up replacement due to physical handicaps, and do not know if new one will have the same error as original. will not be doing business again with you or buying pioneer products
