    Garbage. I think my air fryer has more processing power than this. I knew it was cheap but I just wanted something small for my garage. It's not fast enough to even navigate menus out of the box. I installed Max to watch a basketball game and it can't play at all. Instantly slowing down and freezing within about 10 seconds every time.

    If you buy a tv you shouldnt have to pay extra in order to enjoy what you paid for ,never heard of xumo tv before and would not buy a tv with it installed.

    kept turning itself off even after changing settings and timers ect. Couldn't return because I only had 2 weeks instead of 30 days. I was extended a opportunity to spend another $50 and buy a membership so I could extend my return date. Buy 2 for $120, then spend another $50 to be able to return items to get only refunded for one tv in the long run. Yea.. no

    I am quite upset that I had to spend hours with the xumo on their horrid chat to get an answer. And received none. I was timed out of an email to set up more 'stuff'I didn't even know I had received. I called Pioneer the next day and was simply told that I DID NEED AN ANTENNA. I asked about one when I bought this and was told by the Best Buy employee that I DID NOT NEED ONE, IT WAS BUILT IN. So it is now waiting, again, my son has a gift card I will use. But he is on a short vacation and I am leaving next week to visit him for a month. So I will have this for over 1 1/2 months and not be able to use it YAY! My recommendation is based on the fact I was not given correct information when I bouhgt it, like it has to be programmed and HAVE an antenna. I am sure this won't get me the gift card, but I don't care. I am being honest. All I wanted was a small TV that gets live TV viewing. I will see if the smart part is worth it.

    Xumo Spectrum DO NOT Support Pioneer TV updates

    BEWARE!!! Spectrum and Xumo keep updating their apps but they don't care that Pioneer TV's are not supported with their updates. Their updates exceed the memory of the TV's so they don't work. You cannot get the Spectrum app to work unless you delete other apps to make room for their updates, something neither Xumo nor Spectrum tell you. You just turn on the TV and your TV no longer functions with these apps because Spectrum and/or Xumo willy-nilly decide to update their apps without testing whether they work on Pioneer TV's. If you want to have a TV with a built-in Xumo and/or Spectrum app, don't get a Pioneer. It is grossly unfair to the Pioneer brand, Xumo and Spectrum do not design updates that work with Pioneer TV's. It's like they have a war with Pioneer. I love Pioneer, but the fact Xumo and Spectrum don't design updates to work with these TV's make me not want to purchase Pioneer TV's in the future.

    I really wanted to like this one. I had two different sets and neither one worked. On local channels there was a lot of "crackling" and interference. I got an Insignis now and it works great. I just couldn't figure out why it had a problem. The previous not-so-smart TV was fine.

    Really disappointed with this Pioneer TV. I thought pioneer was a trusted brand, boy was I ever wrong. TV is connected to WiFi, but acts like it’s not. Streaming services will not load, you have to unplug the tv every day and plug it back in for it to work. I’ll just buy exclusively LG tvs from now on. On the plus side, it has wonderful parental control settings.

    MISSING PARTS; ZERO SUPPORT FOM BB

    TV came with missing parts; BB would NOT replace. I tried to contact "Corporate" I was told to go to the store and ask for replacement. Upon arrival at the store I was told I could PURCHASE the parts that were NOT included with my TV. If I didnt like that; I could pack it back in the box and return for credit - not replacement CREDIT! I dont know how to rate the TV since it is not working as it is supposed to; but right now dark [picture and sounds like it is in a tin can

    bought tv for rv hook up cable no signal changed cable no signal hook up different tv works fine call pioneer they said they are aware of issue nothing they can do told me to buy a coaxle to hdmi cable ask them to pay for they refused false advertisement pioneer use tobe a good name no longer the case sending back to best buy

    Worse TV ever!!! When petted on, it takes very long to load and open apps. The sound is horrific. Once it decides to turn on, I must choose the input every time. The unit does not sure the information.
