Do not buy this TV!

Once you scan for over the air channels there is no way to edit the channels you do not want in your list. Contacted Pioneer support and was told there is no way to edit the channel list on this TV.

JUNK. Get a better brand.

Threw away the box and it started malfunctioning in multiple ways soon after (loss of audio, loss of controls using the remote, picture freezing up). Took first unit back for a quick, easy exchange. Now I'm sitting here unable to get the second one to work at all. The same thin film indoor antenna that let me access 60 free channels with the first unit is not even being recognized by the second unit. I have screwed in the antenna properly. I have unplugged the tv and plugged it back in. It will not connect to my internet wifi long enough to do anything but update the time. JUNK. Get a better brand of tv. I will have to return this unit for a refund.

Beware Open Box Excellent

The one I received was not even in Fair condition. In the box without padding. No legs. No remote. Had the same thing happen 2 weeks ago with another OB Excellent I ordered. Terrible online customer service. BB was always my go to and have had great luck with other OB Excellent purchases. Their QC has slipped big time...

Bait for account theft

Disappointed when brought home. On powerup, the tv shows an OCR code to activate the tv. A website requests you create an account with Xumo to use your tv. Once the account is created, they will have access to all of the service accounts you use on the tv. Account numbers and passwords. Even with HDMI connectors, I cannot even use it as a monitor because it requires creating an account with Xumo to 'activate' the monitor/tv.
