First warning is that the box wasn't factory sealed. A corner was torn from what looked like the unsealed end being opened. Mounting instructions were missing. Half of the mounting hardware was missing. I returned it two days after receiving it. I gave an extra star because of Best Buy's ease of returning items at a local Best Buy store.
