missing parts terrible customer service

The guy I spoke to could have cared less. Said I had to call Pioneer that it wasn’t best buy’s problem. if you’re interested in this TV, it isn’t worth the risk in my opinion. If you have missing parts, there’s nothing they’re gonna do for you.

NEVER AGAIN!

But for the past month, the remote has been acting up and now it does not work at all! This is the second Pioneer TV I've purchased and I will not buy another one again! The first Pioneer TV I bought only lasted 1.5 to 2yrs.

Tried to step out of my normal Samsung choice and choose this tv based on pricing and comparison online. I should’ve known better. Tv started glitching within 60days, by the 90day mark I’m completely over it. Geek squad has had to service this tv 2x and now about to replace with a Samsung that I should’ve went with in the first place.

Don’t buy

Basic set up tools missing

This was a gift for somene who did not live near BB. I was told to go get the gift, (in a different state) bring it back to my area, return it and buy a new one. I couldn’t stop laughing at thr horrible customer service. I bought this for $100 and took the loss. I have no idea if its a nice tv, unable to get it to stand to use.

Very bad TV!

sorry not for me.

TV works when it works

It keeps connecting to headphones when none are connected. Tried factory reset twice and nothing works.
