    I wouldn't know, the was delivered to an unsecure patio sheet I told them the day before they can't deliver until I'm home. Which they agreed to multiple calls, web chat, and a yet responded paper letter mailed to store manager at 2727 Thunderbird on Phoenix. Talk about a messed to company. And no solutions to my 2 stolen TVs.

    Best Buy Total Membership package is a SCAM

    My tv started showing lines a few weeks after setting up. But my real problem is with Best Buy. I paid $179 for a “Best Buy Total membership” and exclusive warranty support and what I got was “oh, you must call the manufacturer because that is where your warranty is serviced”. So basically, the $179 membership is literally worth zero as you already have the manufacturers warranty.

    This TV is not even worth the low price of $100. XUMO TV is a terrible service comes with preinstalled apps and you cannot download more. The TV is having hardware issues and keeps trying to connect the audio to headphones but I have never plugged in headphones and cannot hear the audio as a result.

    The TV lags as if it doesn't have enough RAM or memory. At any given time it will just freeze up in the middle of watching TV. When scanning for channels it misses channels that even our cheapest TVs find with no issues. I'm hoping by updating the TV it will find the channels better but I don't know yet because you have to manually update the TV using a USB drive although it constantly bugs you to connect to Wi-Fi. I will never buy another pioneer TV again.

    XUMO app package sucks and user settings do as wel

    Purchased 2 weeks ago, TV has wifi issues and apps that lock up. Constant unplugging to get usability back and a factory reset were fruitless. Now TV will not turn on..returning today.

    This TV seems to randomly connect to headphones and not playing sounds through the built in speakers. When scanning for devices to try to disconnect whatever headphones connected, no connected devices show. Stay far away from this TV. Woyld.give zero stars if i could

    TV has a feature pared down version of Plex that only lets you play the “free” Plex streaming services, not your home server. I debated just buying an Apple TV but then I thought to myself, “Why? This TV is missing the only feature I want to use and the Xumo app is keeping me in a walled garden. This TV is worth less than nothing to me “.

    This product was scheduled to ship in two days then it was delayed. The seller never shipped the item to the postal service. I received a full refund but this was a very unpleasant experience

    Never buy this junk, only used for once since I bought it, and less than 2 months that the speaker doesn't work, no matter how you reset it to factory settings still no sounds. Very junk product.

    Fortunately, it broke within the 15 day return period, there were sporadic audio from the very first day we bought it, whether it was through the optical or through the speakers

    I bought the TV as a Xmas gift for my son. My brother tell me the TV is not a 40in. I argue with him and tell him that’s what I paid for. Two days ago he measured the TV because he was about to mount it for me and it was 35in. I don’t know if it’s Pioneer or Best Buy who cheated me but I’m done purchasing from both.

    when I receive my package to get out the box, the screen was broken. Had to return it, but never order another TV from Best Buy again.

    This model tv has glitches !! It cuts on and off by itself, sometimes , it just broad casts in Spanish , it’s not a good buy. I’m trying to get rid of it now. It hasn’t even been 30 days yet!

    Returned half the time the screen froze.. I would unplug and replug didn’t help . I would rescan everything didn’t help .. tried calling Geek Squad they didn’t know how to help.. Called manufacturer they didn’t understand due to language barrier

    Right out of the box of Wi-Fi did not work we took it in the living room so it was right next to the router it still didn't work change channels so there was no conflicting channels still doesn't work. Sorry I'll have to be returning this what a waste of my time.
