I purchased an open-box version in "Very Good" condition. And I couldn't be happier. Vivid colors, deep resonant blacks, high visual acuity. Hey, it's not 5K, but do we always need that? This is perfect for our beach house.

Many many different apps to enjoy channels that are pre-programmed in all I had to do was Program, the Bluetooth. It was very, very easy

Its not enough
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not entirely what I expected from this brand. It does the job in the form of watching tv. The problem comes when you try to use the promotions that come with the tv. For example Peacock. I had a 6 month free trial to Peacock with the purchase of the tv but it didn't work. When trying to contact customer service via chat, they were not much help either. I kept getting routed to their tier 2 CS team and then Peacock customer service team. Eventually I was able to get a 6 month promo code from Peacock. I should not have gone all through that to take advantage of a promotion between 2 companies. Another issue is the interface and mobile remote. The digital remote is only available for Apple and not Android which is a bummer. The UI on the tv could be a lot more customizable but it is very limited on what you can do.
