Its not enough

The problem comes when you try to use the promotions that come with the tv. For example Peacock. I had a 6 month free trial to Peacock with the purchase of the tv but it didn't work. When trying to contact customer service via chat, they were not much help either. I kept getting routed to their tier 2 CS team and then Peacock customer service team. Eventually I was able to get a 6 month promo code from Peacock. I should not have gone all through that to take advantage of a promotion between 2 companies. Another issue is the interface and mobile remote. The digital remote is only available for Apple and not Android which is a bummer. The UI on the tv could be a lot more customizable but it is very limited on what you can do.
