Picture and audio quality are great the operating system updates need to be a little more controllable

Senior Citizens be aware ! I was looking for a new guest bedroom TV. I figured Best Buy would be able to assist me and give me expert advise in making an informed choice. The Augusta Georgia store's male sales person I initially talked to discussed the different brands and features. When I asked if this TV would accept the ATT (Direct TV) streaming app he said he would have to find out and left me to talk to other customers. A few minutes later another male sales person came to assist me and when I asked the same question he stated - "Absolutely, just download the app onto the TV and it will connect and stream all of the channels ." After getting the TV home and setting it up I couldn't find a way to download the Direct TV streaming app. The provided information in the box didn't give any answers either. After 3 hours of internet investigation it was learned this TV "WILL NOT" allow the download of TV service provider apps other than what comes with the TV which is very limited. This was my fault as I relied on the salesman to know their products. Learning point - "Don't Trust Best Buy's sales staff's knowledge ! That being said the TV was a good price. It has a good picture (but not great like our large Samsung living room TV). The directions for set up are simple but again you only get streaming from the apps it comes with and doesn't allow top tier subscription service apps. As a note I learned a work around in that I had to get a cable box from ATT/Direct TV streaming that allows me to connect via an HDMI cable to use my streaming service. I would not recommend this TV as it does not connect/allow the ATT/Direct TV Streaming App.

Great quality. Navigation is straightforward. One minor issue I find is when searching on youtube, it may keep re-searching even after hitting search. Its not such a big deal. Overall the TV is good quality!

Great TV for the price. Picture is very clear and High Def. The only downside is that the OS XUMO is preloaded with apps and you cannot add any apps that are not preloaded within the OS. It still comes with all the greats. Netflix, HULU, Prime Video, MAX and many others.

Picture quality is very good. Sound is exceptional. It could be more study, but otherwise a good television.

The TV at first seemed to not work. It would not connect to the internet; however, once the manual update was done, it worked like a dream. Beautiful picture and easy to set up and use all the apps for streaming all the services.

I was not comfortable at first with this thing in my shopping cart. Many people who gave it 4 stars cited the lack of a good display. And I'll admit I know there are way better tv's out there today. But coming from a small 32" to a 48" 4K TV was a major upgrade for me. Plus it was only $100 on BF! I'm super happy with the purchase! The sound is great, the apps are good, and when I watch movies or play on my PS5 it all looks and sounds great! Well worth the purchase.

This was on sale when I purchased it. It was worth a gamble at the price as I planned to use it in my bedroom. When I got through the extremely easy installation I was pleasantly surprised. The picture and sound were incredible for something at this price.

outperforms all other televisions at this price point for picture and color. I've had to buy a lot of tvs in the 50-65 range for work and for my own homes in LA and NY. if you aren't going top of line Sony or Samsung or LG this is the best bang for your buck

it replaced a 15 year old flat screen. it's much sharper. Good sound qulity. I can't talk about the software as I love my separate Roku player which I use with it.

Thisnis my first Pioneer tv and I’m satisfied with it. It’s easy to navigate. The color of the pictures are good quality as well.

The picture and sound quality exceeded my expectations for the price point. Picture customization options are limited, and navigating the OS feels a bit slow/laggy at times, so I wouldn’t recommend this tv for a premium viewing experience, but it makes for a great bedroom/office tv.

Wish 3.5 stars was an option. The picture is good but volume is lacking and it has disconnected from wifi on its own 3 times. Not being able to add apps is a downer but i guess its fair for the price

The set up of this TV was very user friendly. I walked you though every step. I really enjoy on my antenna setting that is does have a schedule. I also like the home screen how easy it is to navigate. The picture and sound quality is very good. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Getting home  and setting up the TV easily being that it is user-friendly and lightweight makes things fly! Pioneer has very good speakers for this TV very impressed and picture quality is very good. Also Homerun for $160!

Solid quality. Affordability in mind, this is one of the better choices you can make for the deal you’re getting. Easy to set up and user friendly. Clean looking picture with little glare from outside light. Picture quality is top tier.

Overall this is a nice and relatively inexpensive entry into 4K. Is it the highest quality? No, and not to be expected at this price point. I'm using it as a PC monitor, and so far I'm very pleased.

This tv has a good quality picture with a nice speaker. The remote and tv home is really easy to navigate and is user friendly. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.
