Love this TV!! I was shocked and wasn’t expecting the quality that this TV offered. It’s very easy to use, set up, and I’m extremely happy with the picture quality. It comes with a limited number of apps on the TV, but it has all the ones that I need. I highly recommend this TV!!

Great TV at a great price. Having Xumo installed is prefect for me. Also loud enough so I don't need a sound bar.

Excellent so far. Some commented that the TV doesn’t connect to wifi after you shut off but I realize that’s not true. If you wait a couple minutes after you first turn on the tv, it will automatically refresh and pick up the last network setting without any input from me. If you want it to refresh faster, you could navigate to the Settings, Network, Scroll to WiFi Name BUT don’t press anything. Leave it highlighted for a few seconds and the TV will refresh to pick up the WiFi setting. I initially made the mistake of entering the WiFi settings manually and stumbled into this “refresher” setting one day when I got interrupted by my kids midway. Sure enough, it automatically updates and no more manually entering wifi again

Great TV for price. The built in OS isnt great and kind of lags but I hooked up a Chromecast and it works great

TV works as expected and has a nice picture. A little slow when it comes to menu response times but not something I would complain about.

Picture Quality: Let me tell you, this is no OLED / QLED / miniLED, is a LED TV, with no diming zones, so don't expect deep blacks, however, out of the box is one of the best led TVs I've ever got, near LG-Samsung base models, plus Dolby Vision and HDR are automatically detected, and the contrasts are improved. OS: the system is responsive, very intuitive, I like the way the groups are made, and the fact you can preview the input before selecting it, which by the way, when you connect a cable, it tries to identify the device you are connecting. Remote Control: compact, yet very nice, for a smart TV the inclusion of numeric buttons is a win, you have voice control, direction wheel (although doesn't spin), apps quick access buttons. Quality: everything is plastic, standard, no issues, no premium Resuming, this is the best value for your bucks. There is no other TV even near, specially when you find it in offer which is often. I paid $140 for an open box - excellent condition, 4K, SMART TV, with HDR10 and Dolby Vision.

Senior Citizens be aware ! I was looking for a new guest bedroom TV. I figured Best Buy would be able to assist me and give me expert advise in making an informed choice. The Augusta Georgia store's male sales person I initially talked to discussed the different brands and features. When I asked if this TV would accept the ATT (Direct TV) streaming app he said he would have to find out and left me to talk to other customers. A few minutes later another male sales person came to assist me and when I asked the same question he stated - "Absolutely, just download the app onto the TV and it will connect and stream all of the channels ." After getting the TV home and setting it up I couldn't find a way to download the Direct TV streaming app. The provided information in the box didn't give any answers either. After 3 hours of internet investigation it was learned this TV "WILL NOT" allow the download of TV service provider apps other than what comes with the TV which is very limited. This was my fault as I relied on the salesman to know their products. Learning point - "Don't Trust Best Buy's sales staff's knowledge ! That being said the TV was a good price. It has a good picture (but not great like our large Samsung living room TV). The directions for set up are simple but again you only get streaming from the apps it comes with and doesn't allow top tier subscription service apps. As a note I learned a work around in that I had to get a cable box from ATT/Direct TV streaming that allows me to connect via an HDMI cable to use my streaming service. I would not recommend this TV as it does not connect/allow the ATT/Direct TV Streaming App.

This is my first time buying from this brand and it didn't disappoint. Price was a good value. Sound and picture quality are impressive. So far, so good!

Good quality and good for gaming at 4k resolution.

I was not comfortable at first with this thing in my shopping cart. Many people who gave it 4 stars cited the lack of a good display. And I'll admit I know there are way better tv's out there today. But coming from a small 32" to a 48" 4K TV was a major upgrade for me. Plus it was only $100 on BF! I'm super happy with the purchase! The sound is great, the apps are good, and when I watch movies or play on my PS5 it all looks and sounds great! Well worth the purchase.

So far this TV has been great for the price. nie color. Remote/settings are a little clunky but other than that has been great

Very good product for any customer, I used the product its picture is sharp and bright and sound in excellent form, the tv has a better picture than any tv I have ever seen, I will recommend this product to family and friends.

Setting up the Xumo was a little different, and tedious. After that we have no complaints with this TV. Picture looks great and the remote is easy to use.

Great TV for the price. Picture is very clear and High Def. The only downside is that the OS XUMO is preloaded with apps and you cannot add any apps that are not preloaded within the OS. It still comes with all the greats. Netflix, HULU, Prime Video, MAX and many others.

Thisnis my first Pioneer tv and I’m satisfied with it. It’s easy to navigate. The color of the pictures are good quality as well.

Perfect tv for the office or man cave. Slim and light weight so easy to hang up.
