It was so easy to set up and the price, unbelievable. I remember the Pioneer name from way back when they made stereos (especially car stereos and they were the best stereos around). That is the reason I chose it and I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

I've been very impressed with this Pioneer tv. The brand Pioneer has been around forever, very popular audio/stereo brand. What made me try was the price. It's for my home office and I just didn't need a huge tv or have room for one. The smart tv aspect was 2nd. Not having to use a Roku is nice. So far, it's great. Easy set up, apps already installed. Color and sound are great. I definitely recommend.

It’s a decent tv for the price for sure. The pic quality is nice. The sound is great and the settings offer a broad range of options as far as pairing devices, picture, sound, and setup. Also has a tutorial on how to use the tv so you don’t have to get a booklet out and do all the extra. I love the tv. I only give it 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 because you can’t download a web browser onto this tv. And you can’t add any apps that aren’t already on the tv because the apps are already downloaded onto the tv for you by design. The positive to this is that you don’t have to download them all yourself one by one. I just use the internet browser so much on my tv to use other platforms besides (what used to be) cable channels and YouTube. Good thing I’m able to use the browser on the fire stick otherwise this could’ve been a possible deal breaker. Also you can use screen mirroring for browser but this isn’t the best if you’re trying to use your phone and watch tv between episodes/shows

An amazing value for the price, especially on sale; 4K HDR Dolby Vision; understandable how Xumo OS might make people hesitate but I'm already a Xumo user and so I'm familiar with it; perfect bedroom TV.

Got fooled on this one. Good tv with a good picture. Major, major bummer is that you CANNOT add any apps to the xumo operating system. I am having to purchase a firestick as an add-on to accomplish what I need. Got it at a good price, but had I known that I could not add apps, I would not have purchased it!!!!!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the crystal clear picture and the ease of setup and use. It was an easy connect and I am very happy with this tv.

This tv is fantastic, and picture is great. I bought it for a bedroom tv and it is the perfect size. The Black Friday price was $99 for a 4k smart tv! Service plan for five years only added $29.00. A complete steal. The only thing I would say is that you should measure your tv stand (we were putting it on a small dresser), because as you can see from the item photo, the legs are almost at the end of the tv and do point outwards.

For price: awesome For $120, you should know to have lowered expectations. I purchased to replace pc monitor that had unfortunate exchange with a toddler. Very very good static image from rtx 4070 card. As expected with 60hz, not great for fast games. Have not used as tv for $120, ot is great

Very nice TV with vivid color and good sound. The channel changing feature was a little different than other remotes I have used but I figured it out. There are a lot of free TV options to watch so that's a plus since I don't have cable. Probably the only thing that was annoying thing was the little pop up in the corner that kept asking me "Are you still there?" Otherwise the TV is perfect. Now it is a broken TV because the cat knocked it over and I didn't purchase the insurance for it.

I've had this for 2 weeks and so far it is fine. Is the picture as good as my friend's Samsung-probably not. Is it an upgrade from my 1080 TVs-yes. I'm actually pretty impressed with its' sound for the price. I really like the Xumo Play channels-I watch a lot of old shows and find that I watch the Play channels most of the time. It is the best 4k picture, probably not but what the heck are people expecting at this price? You got a 4k Dolby Vision and Audio TV for less than $200. If you wanted something better than you should have paid more money to get it.

Let me say that Best Buy service online is over the top great, along with their pricing. The customer service at the physical location was outstanding. They helped me get this great TV and TV Stand in my car with precision. There were no damages to the TV or TV Stand at all. The TV works great with no issues. I highly recommend Best Buy to anyone who is second guessing to purchase your next items from them. Buy, that is why I believe they called themselves BEST BUY! Thanks again BEST BUY! I will be purchasing from you guys again.

For the price, this TV delivers way more than you’d expect. The 4K picture is crisp, colors pop without looking fake, and the built-in Xumo smart platform makes streaming easy right out of the box — no extra devices needed. Setup is quick, the menu is straightforward, and it’s light enough to move around if you change rooms. Sound is decent for a slim TV, though you’ll get a richer experience with a soundbar. Perfect size for a bedroom, office, or smaller living room, and it looks clean and modern without screaming for attention. Bottom line: if you want affordable 4K with smart features that just work, this Pioneer gets the job done without draining your wallet.

Bought on a whim as an open box product. Didn’t think it would be as good as it actually is considering the price. But I just needed a new TV and took the plunge. I’m sure there are better more expensive options out on the market. However, for someone buying a 4k television for the first time…this is pretty cool!! The only issue is having to open a Xumo account to use it. But I have my AppleTV hooked it to it, so I don’t use the smart TV capabilities outside of basic settings.

Not only did this TV exceed my expectations, it arrived in like 18 hours, and I live in a rural area. I couldn’t believe it. I had trouble at first updating the software because I tried to connect it to the internet using an old LAN cord. I recommend going straight to a WiFi connection at first with this TV, it would have saved me a headache during initial setup. I’ve seamlessly cast from my iPhone to this TV several times. It’s pretty lightweight. So far, no complaints. I may purchase a second one for the bedroom to replace an older RCA.

Not sure where any negative press is coming around Pioneer. I know they’re made by another company now, but it’s top notch. Exceptional black levels, fast response with GUI, vivid colors, and a less talked about feature, great sound from the TV speakers. You will NOT be disappointed! This is my 2nd Pioneer LED.

When I first saw this brand of a TV I thought of the speaker system. The tv was easy to set up and for a 4k tv a great price as well. Instructions were clear upon opening literally. Soon as I opened the box it says to lift the tv with the tv bag, lay tv flat on the box to install the feet and be sure not touch the screen. .This is the first day of me using it and no complaints. This is a upgrade from a 32 inch tv for a small living room of eight foot distance. Thinking about mounting it and if I do I’ll come and review it on the mounting.

Great tv for the price (got on sale for $169.00) so far. Picture is better than I anticipated and sound from the built in speakers is very good for filling up our master bedroom, even the bass is good. Only reason for 4 stars is the refresh rate is pretty slow so there is picture ghosting for sports but it's advertised as a slow refresh rate so that is expected. Blacks are pretty good and colors are vivid. Xumo menu has most of the standard apps so that is nice. Very happy with the purchase.

Amazing and extremely affordable tv that works great as a computer monitor.

Good for a TV, but the apps aren't the greatest. I attempted to use some of the smart TV features on this TV when I first got it but was quickly frustrated with the limitations of the Xumo platform. I have an Xbox hooked up to this TV so I use the apps within the Xbox anytime I want to use anything other than YouTube on this TV. It worked great for having a show on for some background noise when I was working from home and could look up and see the picture without taking up one of my monitors. Then, in breaks from work, I could turn on a game on the Xbox. The picture and sound are good for what you pay for on this TV. You can definitely get better, but if you are looking for better, you aren't paying under $200 for that TV. If you want to have better audio get a soundbar or hook into an audio system with better speakers.
