The only complaint I have is that it always defaults to the Smart Fire TV screen when you turn it on. So if you use other devices, you always have to manually select those from the menu when the TV starts, as opposed to the TV just turning on immediately to the last used input. It is a great value for a 50 inch 4k TV.

Tv forgot it’s remote on second day?

So, I figured I tried their Fire Tv, assuming to receive the same quality. The first day it worked great. Tubi app kept crashing, oddly, but that’s software, not tv related. Fine. The next day the tv would NOT recognize the remote. I tried every troubleshooting repairing of the remote, reset the tv, more than once, and the tv would NOT recognize the remote. Changed batteries, I tried everything, even with a spare fire tv remote. Nothing worked. I returned the tv to BestBuy, and the same thing happened with them (Geeksquad tested it). In summation, with remote control problems on the second day, I went with a different brand altogether.

Easy to set up... only issue was the TV requires long screws in order to attach wall mount - the screws included witth the wall mount that I purchased were not long enough. Overall, though, nice smart TV for the price.

Not a great choice as a monitor

Would have gave it 5 stars, but has an annoying feature of always starting in the built-in (Maybe Fire-TV) mode. I use it as a pc monitor only, zoom meetings and such. Works great, but doesn't start up with the last input (HDMI) being used. I have to spend a few seconds every time changing the input. Most TV's remember the last input and use it.

Some others have complained about the sound but i haven’t had any issues. For the price you get a lot of bells and whistles.
