    Top Notch 50” Pioneer TV

Very impressed with this TV. I never thought Pioneer made TV’s, I love all their other products, so I figured this should be good quality. And it is! Excellent picture quality, feels durable and it’s light. It’s an Amazon Firestick TV, so all media apps come preloaded; only downside, Amazon Firestick always feel clunky to me; Roku is a better media player in my opinion. Other than that, this TV fit all my needs for my back yard. 50” is not too big and not too small, and for the price of $199 at the time- you can’t/couldn’t find a better price! It also came with a free Amazon Echo Dot (3rd Gen) and free 3 month Apple TV subscription.

This tv is an INSANE value. First of all, the panel is super clean. No backlight bleed, dirty screen effect, dark edges or blooming. The contrast is super high and very punchy. Blacks are jet black! Colors are very vibrant and saturated. Brightness is high as well. I had to turn the backlight down to 60 from 100 because it was so bright. Sound is nice enough to not have to use a soundbar. The image is crystal clear, and motion is smooth without that soap opera effect. For $219 this is a steal. Looks great in my living room.

One of the best -- If not The Best TV on the market!! The Picture is Beautiful and the Sound Bass is so stunning that you don't even need a sound bar!! All of the TV's features are fully adjustable like a mini computer. And with an internet connection (like most TVs) there are even more accessible features. Pioneer TVs are "Top of The Line" very affordable and of course I would recommend them to a friend!!

Bought with low expectations, came out impressed Pros - Fantastic picture in 4k and stunning with dolby vision - Sound is actually good unlike most tvs - Fire TV OS has been solid so far - Blacks are decent but are better in HDR - Bright enough for me , I think this has somewhere between hdr400-600 but not sure - Netflix 4k dolby vision wow - Price was $270 for a 50 inch Cons - viewing angles are decent for this entry level 4k tv , the color starts to wash out when going far off angle but im mostly viewing centered so it doesn't bother me - little bit of IPS backlight bleed, after a few days of use, the tv seems to evened out with heat and its not even noticeable - no VRR -Pioneer doesn't list full tech specs on panel and hdr brightness, be good to know Gaming - Great for ps5 .xbox series x wanting that 4k eye candy with hdr . PC gaming , as long as you can run 4k 60 with vsync locked , it should run fine, not sure about input lag / response time and if this runs in 1440p 60 , windows should support hdr 10 on this tv with the right hdmi cable Overall I'm giving it a solid 9/10 due to price /performance as this is not a high end tier tv, it really impresses me what it can do in 4k and especially 4k dolby vision , I also own a LG OLED so im very critical of anything below, I highly rec this Pioneer TV , glad they are back in the market

I have Vizio, Insignia, TCL, Samsung TVs around the house as we believe in a TV in every room lol. This Pioneer is the first Pioneer TV I’ve owned. Right out of the gate, this Pioneer has a BETTER picture than any of the other brands I own. Pioneer is known for their amplifiers, DJ decks, and speakers. They didn’t disappoint with the small pair of speakers in this TV. They are LOUD for their size. I didn’t have to go buy a sound bar for this TV. Samsung TVs suck for sound. This Pioneer has impressive and immersive sound and picture …. And for the Price I paid, I got a great value. Movies look great, and my sons PlayStation looks phenomenal on it…. Perfect for movies or gaming. This is a dang Hit guys and gals don’t hesitate to buy it on a sale holiday weekend. Bright when you want it to be bright, picture clear as life itself… great sound…. I was never fully impressed by my other TVs… first TV to make me say WOW for the $.

I bought this for my front patio where it wouldn't be used to much and only when extra family or friends come over and I'm highly impressed so far with the lightness of the overall weight of the TV and the sound is like totally awesome, i usually would have to hook up the sound bar like with the other smaller TV but not with this TV, very impressive sound and probably the best sound of any TV in the home and coming from Pioneer that says alot knowing how budget friendly this TV was, the picture is real nice also not the best but still pretty good knowing the cost, i like how when you first turn it on how the input display automatically pops up because i have 3 inputs i have to switch from depending on who's came over, I'm so impressed with this TV that I'm thinking about buying another one to replace the one in the back bedroom, if anything changes throughout the time while using the TV I'll be sure to update my review but for as of now i would recommend this TV hands down for the overall performance, thanks y'all

Solid tv for the price. Dont get me wrong it is chuncky being almost 6 inches deep for a flat screen. But again for the price it works and it looks as good as i would nneed it to for my office/kids playroom. Black level isnt anything to write home about however it definitely out performs most tvs in the same price point. It also has a headphone jack so i got to save some money on a soundbar and plugin my existing speaker set from 2008. Great purchase.

I was on the fence about whether to give this TV a 4 or a 5. In all honesty, I would give it 4.5 if that was an option. For the money, this is a difficult TV to beat, all things considered. I bought this TV to use primarily as a secondary screen for my work laptop as I was tired of switching between 3 different computers on my main panel, so now this sits under my main TV. My work desktop looks fantastic on it, almost as good as on my Samsung. Text is nice and clear, and the input lag in game mode (or PC mode) is very low. Even though movies won't be a part of this TV's normal duty, I have watched a few on it to test its chops in that area. First I watched M3GAN and then Maleficent 2. After that I threw on Terminator 2 to see how well it could upscale an older movie. All three movies looked excellent on it, far better than I'd have any right to expect on a $200 TV. I was quite impressed with the clarity of the picture as well as the colors and number of different picture adjustment options (this TV has a lot of them). The reason why I can't give it a full 5 stars is because of its black uniformity. The contrast is generally good, but there is some clouding in certain areas of the screen during full black or nearly full black scenes (like starfields). While it's not horrible by any means, it's noticeable enough to dock a star for it. That's really my only complaint with it. The full field bright color uniformity (white, blue, gray) on the other hand is excellent, better than any of my other TVs (a Samsung, a Hisense and a TCL). This is one of the main reasons it looks so good as a monitor where there's usually a lot of white and other lighter colors on the screen. I haven't gamed on it yet, but based on what I know of its capabilities in other areas, I'm nearly certain it's more than adequate for that. Overall this is a pretty great way to spend $200 if you're wanting a TV with great overall image quality for not a lot of money. While it is not perfect (and no TV really is), it is well worth the asking price for what it offers. Plus, it's a Pioneer, which I kind of like because it's not the typical Samsung/Sony/TCL/LG. It gives me the opportunity to mess with something different for a change, and I'm glad I went with it, it's a good all-around TV.

Was looking for a TV to replace my old 43-inch flat screen model as the screen was showing signs of age, saw this in Best Buy at a good price. This is my first Smart TV. It is way more than I expected, Wonderful tv for my living room, Just started exploring a few of the apps to watch Free movies and other tv shows. Only issue I really had was with the feet, wish it had a center foot as it did not fit my old tv stand, but I purchased a wall mount that solved that issue. Great picture, very detailed. Very Satisfied with purchase.

Picture is pretty good. The sound cut off once about a week in. The only way to get it back was to unplug the TV and wait a couple mins. After that I had to reprogram the remote. Which btw doesn't have any number buttons on it, if that matters to you. It also won't let itself be powered on or off by an Xbox. But other that those things it's pretty decent. If I hadn't gotten it on sale for half price tho I'd be a little disappointed with the issues it's had. Side note, this is regarding the 50 inch. I purchased the 43 and the 50 inch models at the same time. There has been zero issues with the 43 so far and it looks very good.

I got this 50" TV on the deal of the day for $200. You can't beat that price, it's worth every penny. I needed a TV for my bedroom and this TV is perfect. It's a SMART Fire TV and has several apps and channels available through your Wi-Fi service. It has a great picture as well.
