    This TV was great while it lasted, which wasn't long. The size, picture, and sound were excellent. However, the TV frequently freezes when trying to open any app. Even if we finally get to watch a show, it will eventually freeze and stop working. It is now essentially useless.

    The tv was broken when I opened this tv the first time. I had to go 30 miles to get replace it and there was only 1 left and they wouldn’t hold it for me. Not happy about the customer service. Over all tv is ok.

    Backlight went out after a year and half. Would’ve been a great TV but who wants a TV ypu habe to replace that quickly?

    Decent tv for the price mostly used for the kids video games I. The basement , a little thicker than newer TVs

    I tried it for 2 weeks but could not handle the LONG delays in buffering and loading. I do streaming only, so don't know how it performs on a cable, but for my purposes it was a total bust. Some apps stopped loading content, and the graphical interface was nothing but a permanent ad for Amazon. Also, the sound quality was completely underwhelming and not at all the quality of Pioneer. Clearly this is an outsourced product.

      ​Please first check your internet speed,make sure at least 24M for UHD contents requirement .It has 16Gb for memory.Please go to Settings->Applications->Managed installed application to clear cache or remove apps ,if still not work, please go settings-> about to do factory reset(but all users setting will be missed)

    Majorrr backlight bleed throughout the screen. Its not as noticeable displaying bright things, but in low light scenes it is noticeable. TV is otherwise functional.

    Tv is okay however you can’t download any other apps so what’s the point of having Hulu or Disney+ on the remote when you can’t even get the apps on the tv.

    Volume keeps shutting off won’t come back on checked everything,…plus am not eligible for a refund or swap because it’s been past two weeks…… never heard of two weeks on a new in the box item

    I read and rely on reviews. And, I normally don't write them unless I feel strongly about the product. I bought this TV yesterday as a deal of the day at $279. I was between this one and the Samsung. Second day and the picture is glitchy and blurred when transitions from frame to frame. Especially when changing graphics in the background like on a news program. Really surprised at how bad it is. Going back today.

    It losses connection with the remote almost every time I use the tv and when it does I have to power cycle to fix it. It also when restart at random times and go to the home screen. I’ve verified all settings and firmware, still does it. I do not recommend this device.

    I bought this TV in October after reading the reviews and within a few days it started crashing from time to time then more and more often until now I can't enter search data anymore because entering text it crashes and the only way I work is to disconnect it from the electricity and the information is erased. It's a pity because I almost couldn't even use it because it's very annoying having to be disconnecting it all the time.

    Stopped working after 15 months

    Purchased December 2021 and 15 months later it stopped working. Screen stays black and will not come on. Red light at the bottom will come on but no picture. Tried unplugging for 60 seconds, doing a hard reset in the power button, and changed batteries in remote. Everything worked great up until this point but it didn’t even last 2 years.
