Sleep timer

I’m going to have to return this! If u don’t set the timer the tv will rest but not turn off totally but enough so u can’t watch your program at 5 min! It’s a hassle! I just want to watch tv ! It’s just too complicated! Sometimes u set it and it works and sometimes it goes into sleep mode after 5 min anyways!the tv is more trouble than it’s worth!

Not a good start for pioneer

The quality control is horrible first one I got had a burning smell took it back . Second one had the energy saver sticker embedded in the screen and ruined it. Was done with this brand which I’m hearing rumors tcl makes . Colors were also too dark and tv is really bulky for 2021. Buy at your own risk

When changing from one app to another, I sometimes lose either the audio or the visual. I then have to unplug my set wait about 30 seconds replug and then it's working. So sad, would like to exchange.

Sorry to hear it, could you please try below suggestions?
(1) Go to app store to find any wifi speed test app to make sure your internet performance is good enough? For 4K contents at least wifi need 25 M above.
(2) To make sure you have the latest firmware version, go Home > Settings > Device&Software > About > Check for system update.
(3) If still not work, please go settings -> about to do Factory Reset (but all users setting will be missed).
(4) After factory reset, if your remote not work, try this: Press and hold at the same time for 12 seconds the following 3 buttons: DPAD-left, back and menu (≡). Then, to pair again the remote press and hold the Home Button for about a minute.
(5) If you need personalized assistance please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday.

Looks good at first but has issue

Low light scenes look under water from motion blur. Video output randomly freezes regardless of input selection, and if you switch out from a kids profile to an adult profile, and then back to a kids profile it will not play any content. Amazon support was unable to help with this and claimed they have never heard of this issue, I certainly couldn't find any other reports online, so maybe no one is really doing this. In short, I regret purchasing this television, I should have spent more, which I am now forced to do and this purchase is a total loss.

Do not buy fire tvs

not worth it

If it is a little red, the tv will power on. When you are able to get it to power on, it will power back off. only works 50% of the time. This is with plugging, unplugging, trying to get the little of red light on to power on.

Color problems

Noise lines 1st week of unboxing,bestbuy useless

Was picked up but never unboxed till this week. The tv is now showing all kinds of noise lines across the screen. Have done updates and resets to no avail. Called Best Buy and they were useless. Doesn’t matter if you have a my Best Buy account or anything they can’t help you since it only has a store 15day warranty. What crap. Canceling that account asap. Will try to contact tv manufacturer and see if they can help.

Great when it worked.

The backlight at random stopped working after owning this TV just over 2 years. In to the trash it goes, no way to repair, no way to recycle.
