    The tv monitor didn't work for our purposes and then we couldn't return it because the box was discarded.

    Motion on this tv is pretty bad. I thought since pioneer was the first to make plasma tvs they would be pretty good I was wrong.

    Frame was bent screen was curved. Luckily it’s a garage tv so as long as the screen worked it’s ok.

      ​Sorry to hear it,could you try below suggestions?
      (1)Go to app store to find any wifi speed test app to make sure your internet performance is good enough? For 4K contents at least wifi need 25 M above.
      (2)To make sure you have the latest firmware version, go Home > Settings > Device&Software > About > Check for system update.
      (3)If still not work ,please go settings-> about to do factory reset(but all users setting will be missed).
      (4)After factory reset,if your remote not work,Try this: Press and hold at the same time for 12 seconds the following 3 buttons: DPAD-left, back and menu (≡). Then, to pair again the remote press and hold the Home Button for about a minute.
      (5)If you need personalized assistance please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday. BBY-ExBrand_Best_Buy_Pioneer

    Good tv at a very reasonable price. Got this tv for our son as a bday gift, and what a deal! Got it on sale and so went ahead and picked up the rocket fish wall mount. Looks really good. Hooked up a sound bar to it and let me say… I never had a tv like this in my room when I was his age. Lol.

    This TV has been awesome. The picture is a lot better than my 2019 Hisense Roku TV that was also 4K. Not sure what it is, maybe the brightness of the colors? We've also had to use a soundbar for most of our tv shows in the past but no more! With the dual built in speakers (its pioneer so expected no less) and the Dolby ATMOS feature, everything sounds amazing. You can also switch between Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby Atmos if you are looking for a flatter sound instead of the movie theater. If you are a prime user, this is definitely a big bonus. Anything you watch on Prime will show up on your homescreen under a recents tab. All the apps launch quickly anyways, even if rapidly switching for whatever reason. The voice feature gets an A+ too. First voice remote I've used in apps that didn't take you to the devices search screen instead of inside the app. As long as this thing doesn't break on me in the next year or two, very satisfied customer.

    This TV is fairly priced. I am really enjoying it and have not had any issues with it. Easy to setup, sound quality is decent for the price, and picture quality is really nice. I'm happy with the purchase

    Overall great value and quality. No complaints after about two months of use. Only drawback is the legs are set apart so if you are not planning to wall-mount, you better have a stand as wide as the TV itself.

    This Tv has a great, uhd picture and was easy to set up. The only drawback is sometimes the sound will cut out. But it turns back on if you unplug it, leave it off a minute, then plug it back in.

    All good so far. Easy set up. Looks great to me. 1st large flat tv I’ve owned. They even helped me load it up. Now if I could only get my tv stand put together so easily.
