Crappy Remote.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For a cheaper 50” it’s definitely worth the money EXCEPT for the remote. The design has it pressing buttons from barely a slight touch, switches you to any one of the stupid built in “netflix” “Disney” “Hulu” “Amazon” so when you’re in the middle of a show and slightly bump the remote the tv launches into a different app. That was annoying enough but then after a few months the controller batteries started dying after only a couple days. I went through probably 4 sets of AAA batteries before just removing the back cover and just removing one battery so the remote doesn’t keep draining them when the tv isn’t even in use. This tells me something inside the controller is staying on and draining the batteries very quickly. Poor design or intentional either way it’s an annoying issue that will make me look at Sony next time.

Posted .Sorry to hear it,could you try below suggestions?
(1)Go to app store to find any wifi speed test app to make sure your internet performance is good enough? For 4K contents at least wifi need 25 M above.
(2)To make sure you have the latest firmware version, go Home > Settings > Device&Software > About > Check for system update.
(3)If still not work ,please go settings-> about to do factory reset(but all users setting will be missed).
(4)After factory reset,if your remote not work,Try this: Press and hold at the same time for 12 seconds the following 3 buttons: DPAD-left, back and menu (≡). Then, to pair again the remote press and hold the Home Button for about a minute.
(5)If your remote still drain battery too quick, please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday to replace new remote.

Just terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Won this tv during the company Christmas party. Took it home and hooked everything up. Speakers were already sounding like they were blown. So i bought a sound bar to remedy that issue. One month later and the tv no longer turns on. No led indicator, nothing. And since i got it as a gift, i dont have a receipt either. Asked my boss and no good either, receipt's done and gone. I dont know if i can just take it instore and get some kind of warranty without a receipt. The tv itself is dated august 2021.

Dead after a year

Disney plus does not work, constant audio cutout issues, internet connectivity issues, to be honest I’m not sure how it has the reviews. You get what you pay for. It works for about a year then dies out. Waste of money
