I am giving the TV a 5, but giving the fireTV software a 3. The TV has a great picture and a great refresh rate, especially for being a budget TV. I ended up being more impressed than I thought I would be. And the sound is actually very good. Definitely a sound bar type of experience from the TV speakers. I ended up returning this TV only because Plex with Amazon Fire devices sucks really bad. Local streams would buffer constantly and complain about poor network connection. I had the TV plugged into a gig port as well as my plex server, neither relying on wifi. Exchanged the TV for one with Android TV built in and plex works just fine again. Unfortunately the TV I got was not as good as this TV. Probably should have kept this one and just bought a GoogleTV device to plug in

Bought to mount on a roll stand to push out on the back patio to watch "the game." Great picture, better than average sound. And Fire tv is my favorite smart format. Hard to beat for the money.

The TV is clear with good picture quality. The sound is good too. Easy to connect to games and other systems. Already has Amazon Fire installed that will replace other devices I have

This TV is awesome. Beautiful picture. It is easy to set up and download apps, and I know I am behind the times first time Alexa user, but it is also a great feature. No regrets here! I have it paired with a Polk sound system - so I can’t comment on the sound.

Just got this tv 3 days ago. So far I’m extremely pleased with it. Easy to use. The sound is excellent, no need at all for a sound bar. Picture is also excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this TV to anyone looking to purchase it.

Just bought this a few hours ago. Played some xbox series x, no time to die and some 4k youtube videos. This thing is amazing for the price. The sound is loud, loud enough to actually turn down,the color and picture are amazing.

This Tv was purchased for our grandkids play room and is perfect. Mounted on the wall and looks great! Picture is perfect, sound is good and super easy to get all apps installed and signed into. Just what I was looking for.

This is the best purchased I’ve made all year. I was looking for a TV to put in my home office and I did not want to spend a lot of money. I have known about pioneers history in the past with their high end elite TVs and that’s what drew me to the pioneer name when looking at this TV, the picture quality on this TV is absolutely stunning. I had to make very few adjustments but the picture is absolutely outstanding. If you’re looking for a TV that won’t break the bank and provides an outstanding picture then look no more. The sound on the TV also performed above my expectations .

Got this as a gift for my parents birthdays as their vizio tv Screen started malfunctioning a week after getting it. This tv is amazing! Not only the graphics, but the sound as well. Sounds like an at home movie theater.

Great smart TV for an excellent price. I was afraid because I didn't knew the brand (except for auto radios), but it happens to be an excellent TV for a excellent price.

Bought two of these tv's for my kids as Christmas gifts and we love them. They are compatible with Amazon Alexa and the picture is great. They are 4k so they work with the new Xbox gaming console that my kids also got for Christmas.

Pioneer was a very good name for audio receivers. I think the brand name is licensed for this TV and this TV is not manufactured by Pioneer. But after setting up this TV, it is working very good. I switched off all the picture enhancements on this TV and just using "Movie" mode with custom settings as below: Picture: Movie Backlight: 90 Contrast: 81 Color: 1 Tint: 1 Sharp:1 Advanced Settings: off or low (if preferred) This TV is very good for the price. This 4K TV is direct lit and the tv performs very good with nice picture. I checked Netflix & Amazon Prime movies and they looked nice on this tv, too. Also Best Buy service is top-notch.

We bought 2 of them and they are very good. The sound that comes out is great. There was an issue that happened where the sound suddenly stopped as the picture was still moving. I checked to see if I accidentally hit the mute button, but I had not. The same thing happened to the 2nd TV as well (about 1 day apart). I did basic troubleshooting by turning off and turning it back on and it fixed the issue. It only happened 1 time on each about 2 weeks after purchase and hasn't happened since.

This television exceeded my expectation in every way. The price is right as well. The sound is amazing. It's lightweight and the set up was very easy.

This TV is as described and even more! I love that it was easy to install and so far has no issues. Picture quality is great, and the FireTV experience is also a plus. For the price, it is so worth it!

Excellent picture and what a great value. I bought on sale making it an even better value. It is so good and inexpensive, I also bought a 43" for my son's room and one for my daughters room.
