The quality of the tv is ok, not as good as we hoped. However, we bought it for someone who primarily uses it to watch the news and it does the job. We haven’t really used any of the smart features.

Got it on a really good sale, so I'm happy with it. Not the best, not the worst - average picture and sound quality.

Picture was fair. Did not like the user interface. I tried to change settings and went through 5 customer service reps. In the end the setting couldn’t be changed. Also didn’t like that the feet were pushed all the way to the ends of the tv. With our particular cabinet it only cleared with 1/4 inch. We ended up returning it and getting a Samsung.

Picture quality is not as beautiful as my other tv 4k samsung

PROS: (Picture Quality) - 4K content viewed in HDR10, Dolby Vision & HLG is excellent. I tweeked the settings for 1-2 hours and got a lot out of this TV. Once finished, I tested some 4K demos, and was stunned as to what this entey level TV could do. I purposely bought this as a 5-6 month temporary TV, replacing my 6 year old LG C6 curved OLED, due to burn-in, just until I'm in a better position to by top of the line again. Back to the PQ... The 4K demos are brighter and more colorful than my LG OLED, but not sure how much of that is due to the OLED burn-in and dirty screen. (Sound) - The sound is also excellent, surprisingly, due to its DTS-X audio support and speakers. (Viewing Angles) - Not bad for a VA panel. (Operating system) - Fire TV... love it! "Alexa" CONS: (Bezel) - Could have a better finish to it. (Gaming) - When gaming where there's foliage and such, moving left and right will cause trees to darken and slighty distort until you stop, though it ranges from suttle to annoying, depending on the game, but I'm a perfectionist, so there's that. This happens with my Xbox Series X and PC. But when I quickly connected my Series X to my 55" OLED, it was perfectly fine. I also tried my Series X on a friend's LG 43" IPS panel TV, it was also perfectly fine. So I did some research on some gaming forums, and found that it's a VA panel issue, something that isn't talked about a lot. You know, I've owned a lot of tube TVs, projection TVs, plasma TVs, an OLED TV and now the Pioneer branded LED VA panel TV. I've always had gaming consoles connected to my TVs, along with a Dell XPS PC tower connected to a 50" Plasma back in 2007, but I hadn't any experience with LED VA panel TVs until now... go figure. With all that said, I'll still give it 5 stars, because you get a lot for the money, the majority of TVs use VA panels, and as I already stated, I'm a perfectionist.

Features,picture quality,and sound are surprisingly great for the low price! I guess time will tell with the lifespan of the tv....

Nice looking tv out of the box. Setup was easy, picture looked great. Everything was going fine until..... No documentation showing how to adjust the picture settings. I could open the picture settings but all except backlight adjustment was greyed out. took me a few hours to research and finally I found that you have to be watching something in an app and then bring up the settings menu. All settings are then available. I now love my new tv. It's not a top end tv but it sure looks like one!

I purchased this tv with a little bit of skepticism but that all went away once I powered it up. Worth every cent as I was able to get it while it was on sale.

GREAT TV!! I wish i would have bought a Pioneer TV a long time ago. Will definitely buy another Pioneer when my other tv decides to quit working.

The quality of the screen is amazing, however, after about 6 months, the sound would randomly quit. I have to restart my tv to get any volume. While this is a a fixable issue so far, I've had to do it almost every day and it's agitating.

Your store return policy is a joke...will never shop at Best Buys again ..stick with Amazon,way better return policy !
