    Screen went out less than 30 days, 14 day in-store

    Tv screen went bad in 23 days. Had about a 6 inch spot from top to bottom that went out playing black and white only. Took back to store, found out they only cover it for 14 days. Had to buy a $50 plan to be able to return and get a different tv, they refused to swap even talking to a manager amd stating it went out in less than 30 days!

    The only good thing I can say is it has a great picture. It doesn't stay connected to the wifi and we have to restart it almost everyday to reconnect. We can't download any extra apps. It's pretty frustrating.

    Really great for the price and size. Glad Pioneer is making TVs again. The UI is a little laggy but the remote is great.

    TV does not turn on regularly, updates have to be done by a USB and not directly through the internet linked to the TV. Nice display and easy to figure out the functions but its got issues that make it completely unbearable.

    Not the best tv. But it was a good price. Cant complain other than some apps it freezes and still plays audio, then speeds up to get back in sync

    Almost two years to the date of purchase and it simply won't turn on. The outlet functions, the remote functions. The TV will not respond to the power button.

    Is not cable ready. Sales staff argues that all tvs are cable ready. Returned and bought a samsung . Of courseit cost 200 dollars more but now i have cable. Probably will not buy in superstition springs mall again.

    Can only screen mirror wirelessly with Airplay?

    Restricted to airplay, you have to use a USB to use screen mirror with a Samsung.

    Don’t buy this Tv It’s always saying you have headphones on When you don’t so no volume Try to get help from Best Buy they don’t do any thing about it. Called pioneer the can’t help me Purchase this in April 2025 Ridiculous

    It's the worst TV I have ever purchased, and unfortunately, I bought two. My son opened an early Christmas gift and wouldn't connect to the internet. The following day, my other son opened his and guess what wouldn't connect to the internet. After some research, it turns out this TV has been discontinued. I wonder why.

    Great TV - XUMO is terrible

    After buying it and setting it up - it requires XUMO to be set up. What can go wrong? XUMO asks you to enter a 4 digit code and there is NO WAY to reset the TV to take off XUMO so I can play things like Paramount Plus!
