No PLEX Slow and buggy software

Get what you pay for

If you only need as a gaming monitor this might work if you don't expect great picture, Picture is not good, Do not recommend. Best Buy is a great store and I don't blame them.

Not compatible with DirecTV

Short life span.

No good speakers go out. Doesn’t have all apps

Does not have a lot of the apps that o normally use had to be additional equipment ie. Roku. To even watch my subscriptions. The sound goes completely out at times I have to power drain the tv to get the sound to work again didn’t notice this until my 14 day return window was closed, I guess if I knew I was selling bad electronics I would have a 2 week return window as well. I plan on getting a replacement when the sound stops all together

awful purchase and treatment

The screen was broken badly so the television was useless. I returned it immediately with the receipt. The young man was insulting and acted as if I was trying to pull something. All the info matched on the box and receipt. However he continued to be skeptical. I was insulted and purchased my new television elsewhere.

Don’t Waste Your Money

Always drops connection yet devices in the same room are fine. Requires manual updates, insane as a “smart tv”. Would not recommend.

Just don’t purchase tvs from Best Buy

The first time I thought it was a glitch but this time I feel like they are just selling tvs just to get your money. This tv is trash. It glitches & it’s slow retrieval of data. I looked at the return info & it states it’s no longer returnable.

Freezing

Pioneer is not great

Lasted six months and started flickering. The manufacturer sent a tech out from geek squad and now we are just waiting. My opinion, if you are able just spend a little extra and get a better higher quality tv.
