    Could not get this connected to our wireless internet or ethernet. There is something within that would not allow. I had to add a amazon firestick to get it to work

    If you familiar with roku system, don't buy it, you will find it difficult to use

    If you need a replacement remote, good luck. Within a week, the TV stopped responding, and the colors went haywire. Every week, there’s a new problem. I advise buying a different brand.

    Worst tv I’ve ever had

    It keeps freezing and apps run slow. This problem didn’t start happening until week 2 and it was too late to return as Best Buy only gives you 15 days for returns. Very unsatisfied with this tv.

    I purchased this TV because of the price but once I got it home and set up, I would have to have the sound on almost 85 in order to hear the show I was watching.

    The picture is okay. The setup was a little nerve-wracking. I dont like that you cant add apps to the tv. I should have returned it.

    I read very good reviews but overall it’s not good bang for your buck, you pay what you get. Having it less than a month it’s completely turns off makes Odd noises, I did my research thinking it was a good choice since it was in my budget an for a tv that’s 4K why wouldn’t you. I’ll say invest in a name brand that will last you years. I reached out to my local Best Buy for help a they just brushed me off.

    This TV is hard to navigate, I don't even know if I'm watching TV over the Air or using my WiFi because the local channels are mixed in the software

    Bou g t this TV because I bought the same one only a 50 inch about a year ago.The new model has Xumo instead of Fire so you're not able to download any apps and only have the few that come pre-installed on the tb.

    They need to stay away from TVs this worked well for 2 weeks, one day it went to a blue screen I did all I could to fix it. Looked on line and pioneer had the audacity to charge for an on line repair session, I called and went through all the questions if it is on and if everything is working. Once that was done I was out of luck as 2 weeks had passed

    TV was on sale and thought it would be worth the money. NO. Picture is awful and the TV had glitchy issues continually. Returned to the store and thank goodness BESTBUY is awesome at returns. Warning you not to buy.
