XUMO Platform SUCKS

However when it comes down to watching STARZ, it's a NO GO. STARZ doesn't work on the platform and you're not allowed to download certain apps (Philo) either. Customer service will give you the run around. I want my $$$$ back for the STARZ subscription I paid for. RIDICULOUS.

The best 4K 43" TV, especially for Xbox Series X!

Inaccurate sizing

Order the 55” and upon set up and comparison to old tv it is significantly smaller. Advertisement says 55” but out of box measurements are more likely 49” slightly more & for the price jump by size I would expect to be more accurate

new tv after 8 years

Crap TV

It loses the Internet signal at least twice a day, won't play half the movies I select (it says "can't play this on this device." Really? Can't play a movie on the TV?) The app they hype (XUMO PLAY) doesn't even exist on Google play. This is the worst piece of crap I've ever owned. Buy a Samsung instead.

Pioneer won't fix it without a receipt and neither I nor BB can find it - even though I started getting BB spam on the email address I provided right away. So this goes in the dumpster after 6 weeks of use. Kinda awful customer experience trying to get through this too. Guess where I'm not buying the replacement.
