    The picture is good, but the processor seems to be a little slow. When I turn the channels it takes a while to catch up.

    By far the worst TV I have ever owned. It never connects to the WiFi. You can not download any apps. You only get the ones it comes with. Will never buy this brand again!

    avoid at all costs, i purchased this TV on feb 8 2024 and as of now the TV will no longer turn on and when you get it to turn on it becomes unresponsive. i have been trying to get warranty work done on this set but pioneer tells me to call bestbuy about this issue. when i call best buy they tell me there will be a service fee of $131 to have a tech come out and look at the TV. this set is under a year old has been great up until the last few months where it struggles to turn on and other various issues. bestbuy is a useless company and pioneer should be ashamed for using this abysmal company to take care of warranty claims on their products. this will be my last purchase from bestbuy and also from pioneer due to theses practices

    Low End Set Masquerading As Hi-def.

    Don’t be fooled by the razzle-dazzle reviews that say this set is “amazing”, “fantastic”, etc. bla, bla, bla, bla, bla, like I was…This is an absolutely low end set with imprecise color, poor resolution, and lousy sound. This is cheap junk masquerading as a “smart tv”. Spend a little more and buy a reality high def TV. This is a waste of time and money unless you’re going blind and are already “hi-deaf”. If you’ve owned a real high def tv you’ll miss it every time you turn this junk on.

    My fault!

    Very delayed with turning on and uploading. Had to unplug and plug it back in to get the WiFi to stay connected. I got what I paid for. Would return it if I had the time and energy.

    Returning have had it for 6 weeks already having issues freezing. Randomly drops signal and have to reboot tv. The interface is horrible set up compared to Roku and Fire

    The volume constantly goes out and I have to factory reset it just to get it to work again then have to do setup all over again

    I'm highly disappointed in this brand. I have had this TV maybe a month and every other day it keeps say no WiFi connections. I have restarted it, reset it, unplugged it and etc! It's a waste of money!

    Backlight shuts off

    Screen back lighting shuts off after an hour and a half but sound still plays through the speakers, if you shine a flashlight on the screen it does still show picture. Turning it off and back on will fix the backlight for a very limited time. Do not recommend.

    Picture is decent but TV operates slowly and lags when selecting an app to open. TV also has to reconnect to the wifi every time it’s turned on which takes a minute and is a pain. I guess for what i paid for it, it’s not terrible. But it’s not great.

    Disappointed in this TV. I am a fan of pioneer and decided to try out their TV in our bedroom and wish we hadn't. Got a deal for black friday but I still think im going to have to return it. The TV freezes pretty regularly and I am constantly having to resign into my app accounts. The TV doesnt seem to have a true UHD picture when compared to my other tv in the room next to this one the picture is definately not as crisp. If you need a throw away TV this would be it but I wouldnt make it my main feature TV. I was really hoping it would be a gem but it didnt work out for me.

    Awful TV and customer support

    Stay away from this TV and this brand , bought it on Dec 2023 and after 2 months of use TV started shutting down on its own and not turning back , also won't turn on even with the manual button on the back of the TV . Neither Pioneer ( manufacturer Warranty) , nor BestBuy ( Geek Squad Protection plan) want to make themselves responsible for the defective model, and after calling several times to both companies I'm still today trying to find out who's going to replace this really bad TV .
