Many flat screen tvs speaker fire back to the wall and the sound is a bit muffled. But not this Pioneer set. Picture quality is nice for the price of this tv.

Excellent brightness for my bedroom with a clear picture. Pioneer has always been great in the sound industry. I believe that it has carried over to this product as well. Connectivity is simple also, if you have apple products, even better for you. The airplay option should be fun. I have android so had to plug and play another device for mirroring. The android mirror work around is why I deducted one star. Otherwise, I'd recommend this tv to anyone looking to get quality at a great price.

Didn’t get a chance to Mount it on the Wall & connect anything until after Christmas. Love the clear picture, all the free streaming apps, sound quirky is good, However, regarding the sound there is a problem with latency. After it’s on for a while, maybe an hour, the sound lags. Lips out of sync with speech etc. Turning the TV off & back on corrects it but then a short time later it happens again. I have tried all recommended fixes- installing software updates, changed HDMI cable to premium grade, resetting audio to factory settings etc. Nothing has helped. Called tech support but they weren’t much help. If I could solve this issue it would be 5 stars.

The only con is the Xumo OS and it's gated software. They give you a few apps but you have to get your subscription through XUMO so I just put a google TV ONN and the TV is much better with a good streaming box
