    The color and look is amazing. The only downfall is it doesn’t work with my voice remote. The tv does come with a basic remote.

    We purchased another 55" TV and was not 100% happy with our purchase so we called Best Buy. They suggested us to make an exchange for the model of our choice. They were very helpful and friendly. They also mentioned that they will pick up the returning 55" TV at the same time as delivering the New Pioneer Xumo 55"tv without any Problems. There Customer Service agents are awesome and friendly and made it an easy transaction.

    Best tv for its price . But I done like that it don’t have any apps store , all apps are pre downloaded. So you can’t use browser , and some of other apps that could be on better tv’s

    For $199 at 55 inches it's pretty tough to beat. Seems like you are getting more than 199 worth of tv to me. Works great. Hooked up to a sound bar immediately so I can't review the speakers on this TV.

    If you don’t know about the latest and greatest tech, like me sometimes, It’s actually a decent tv, if you can get past the slightest but noticeable slowness of the TV, it’s pretty good for the price, what I mean by slow is when you watch the people talk it’s off by some seconds, this can be annoying, I don’t use Xumo tv, but tried it, it’s slow as well I use my Roku, Apple TV and fire tv cube, overall it’s okay, no real issues, definitely would recommend if you are on a tight budget

    Very good value for a large 4K TV. Picture quality is very good. Only negatives would be the Smart features which load slowly (which I just use an Apple TV for all of my streaming apps) and the speakers (which is universal for modern TVs) which is solved by using either a soundbar or receiver with external speakers. Refresh rate is 60Hz but I haven't seen visible issues with action scenes.
