Pioneer TV good - XumoTV not great

XumoTV is less than satisfactory. I wish i had bought a different smart TV that allowed me to pick the streaming apps i want to use instead of only the ones they have agreements with. I'll have to buy another streaming option, such as Chrome cast to get the apps I want (PBS).

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you don’t know about the latest and greatest tech, like me sometimes, It’s actually a decent tv, if you can get past the slightest but noticeable slowness of the TV, it’s pretty good for the price, what I mean by slow is when you watch the people talk it’s off by some seconds, this can be annoying, I don’t use Xumo tv, but tried it, it’s slow as well I use my Roku, Apple TV and fire tv cube, overall it’s okay, no real issues, definitely would recommend if you are on a tight budget

Disconnect WiFi & No Crunchyroll

The second time it disconnected I decided to use my hotspot so I can connect to WiFi again… it’s better then resetting my tv. Also it didn’t have the internet or Crunchyroll so I have to do airplay T_T

They suggested us to make an exchange for the model of our choice. They were very helpful and friendly. They also mentioned that they will pick up the returning 55" TV at the same time as delivering the New Pioneer Xumo 55"tv without any Problems. There Customer Service agents are awesome and friendly and made it an easy transaction.
