The remote is not effective and the TV power button only works after many attempts. Both remote and TV power button not working as intended.. Will reach out to Best Buy.

Sound Problems

Now the sound won’t work through my system and have to use the speaker in the TV. They weren’t able to correct it over the phone. I now have to take time from work so a technician can come look at it. They tell that now having it 21 days I cannot take it back to Best Buy. Hopefully this won’t be a big deal. While the TV was working correctly, it was great. Looking forward to that again

Sometimes it randomly disconnects from the internet but other than that I haven’t had any issues with it. Highly recommend!

The reviews lead me to purchase this TV. I have a sound bar on all my TVs. I was expecting to plug a sound bar into this TV. No, I didn't need it. Great picture quality as well. This was a perfect tv for my Series X in the living room. for 200+ dollars
