My only dislike is that i cant access the plex app and that it goes to the home screen whenever i turn it off instead of staying on my HDMI.

I couldn't find any other options that had dolby vision at that price. Viewing angles are not the best but that is normal with VA panels. I definitely recommend this tv.

Lips don’t match the words.

The only thing is after being on for an hour or two the voice is not in sink with the movement of the lips. We also have to U.A.E. both the TV remote and Optimum remote to get the Chanel we want. Is this an issue with the TV or Optimum?

It cannot be downloaded from an external source. Remote control it's a little hard to configure, but, after a few tries, you can get it complete. Overall, it;s a good purchase.
