    We bought this TV on a Black Friday sale, and we have been disappointed with its performance compared to previous TVs. We had been using Roku for many years, but had seen many great reviews for Xumo, so we decided to give it a try. Overall, the TV feels glitchy, where the overall system seems to be running very slowly. The remote isn’t responsive, the apps are cluttered and difficult to find, and streaming will often slow down, freeze, or be unable to load. I have checked my internet speeds and they are maintaining just fine, these are issues that I didn’t have with my Roku. Despite the operating system, the picture and sound is good, which is why I gave it 2 stars. I am excited to move back to a Roku when I have the chance.

    The screen clarity is fantastic! I have not had any issues with this television as of yet. The ONLY thing that bothers me is that occasionally I have to "restart" in order to clear the cache...I've never had to do this with other smart TVs, so it was a bit frustrating at first to not be able to just turn on my TV and watch what I wanted.
