Too Complicated for Grandma

So, I decided to get one for my 87yo mom. It was so frustrating for all of us. Remote gave us all so much trouble AND picture quality was poor. Definitely, too complicated for grandma to deal with TWO remotes including cable remote.

I wish they would go back to the middle of the TV mount. If you don’t put it on the wall to make sure that your TV stations is big enough not crazy about Alexa I think Alexa on my last TV was better even though I thought it was the exact same TV I bought two years ago but overall I’d give it probably a 4 1/2 to 5.
