    This TV truly is a great buy for the $200 Mark I returned my 48 inch OLEDLG for this one for the bedroom it looks amazing!!! Got the 55inch purchase

    The purchase of my Pioneer TV left me very satisfied, 199 dollars for a 55" screen seemed like an opportunity more than an offer from Best Buy, which by the way the Pioneer brand in televisions is exclusive to this electronics store.

    The TV has an amazing picture and sound. The only thing that I don't really like is that I can't download a bunch of the apps that I had on my other smart TV.

    Great tv I've had since November of 2023 and waited to write a review to see how i liked it. Well i love it. Got it at a great price. Flat screen tvs do not have good sound because there's not enough space to put good speakers. I bought a nice surround sound to fix that. I only mentioned sound because they have a sound rating below, which in a nutshell sucks on any flat-screen tv. Tv is great.

    The 55" Pioneer XUMO TV was straight forward setting it up. I wall mounted the TV and it was somewhat heavy but easy enough for me to lift on to the wall mount. The apps I installed are Prime, Youtube TV, Apple+ and Disney+ and they were easy to transfer to the newTV using my phone. The remote is easy to use and helpful.

    i’ve had the tv for a bit over a year, but I don’t know what’s been going on. Keeps saying wifi disconnected everyday. I put the correct password in and it keeps telling me i’m putting the wrong password. This is ridiculous! I need this problem solved please .

    I would not recommend this product. I purchased this tv on 6/16/25 and the screen went out on 7/15/25. I was told it could not be returned because it was after 15 day return policy. I was then told to call the company because it was under warranty, I was on hold for a long time plus once someone got on the phone they kept trying to get me to reset my tv and wifi. I told them several times the screen is out. Finally after comprehending that resetting the tv as not going to work i was told geek squard would come out two weeks after my phone call. Once they came out they looked at my tv and said it was the control panel but they cant fix it right now because the part needs to be ordered. I now have to wait another two weeks for them to come out 8/6/25 to be exact. I am afraid to purchase any more electronics from best buy. I think any item that breaks after 30 days should be able to be returned. Hopefully the next buyers experience is better then mines.
