I contacted the Geek Squad and they delivered a replacement quickly. Any purchase from another retailer is just a mistake. The price was exceptional also.

I was excited to try out the Xumo platform because Spectrum has been pushing it on all their customers. I was extremely disappointed to find out that Comcast has blocked the Plex app from doing what it was designed to do, ACCESS AND WATCH MY OWN MEDIA STORED ON MY OWN SERVER!!! At this point they should not have included the Plex app in its library. Comcast really messed up this OS by sticking their hands in app developers and forcing their hand. SHAME!
