Can't find anything on the pioneer website to get any help with my issue.

You can only get apps on Amazon, if you want Fire TV you have to buy an additional part. This is a Spectrum TV (should have warning label). Sound sucks I got a 65" Roku and it is louder on 20, to match sound volume this TV had to be on 65. I am not kidding this TV is a cash grab.
