    Decent tv bought for my 11 year old nephew. Works great for him. Syncs with his Alexa and he loves it.

    Has to be the worst tv I've owned. very slow processor, sometimes have to wait up to a minute after turning on before it will connect with the wifi. If the wifi has an issue tv will just lock up, no buttons will work. I have to yank the cord wait 10 seconds, plug back in and then it still won't respond for at least 5 min. I will never buy another pioneer product, oh and xumo... don't get me going. sucks, stick with roku.

    It is a very good TV and I like that.Extra feature it has on that makes the whole TV.I'm not gonna tell you what it is.You have to go on You won't regret it

    Was a great deal for an online $199 Black Friday purchase. TV is as advertised. All of my TV’s are Roku, but I couldn’t pass up the deal. XUMO interface is just as easy as Roku.

    Buyer Beware.....Do Not Buy!!!

    Do Not Buy, bought this TV installed it and it worked fine for 2 days then would not turn on. No matter whether I tried to turn it on from the remote or the power button on the TV itself it would not turn on right away. After several hours then the TV would just turn on by itself. It almost seems like there is a delay. I returned the TV and got another one but that one did the same thing. Looks like there is either an issue with the power board or with the software but either way not worth the headache.

    This was my worst experience ever with BB. Delivery was cancelled twice from time of purchase 12/3 until final cancellation 12/13 with no explanation. I was charged the price of a brand new TV for an open box tv. And told I could not get a price adjustment until after delivery and I had to go back to store in order to do that. 0 stars for Best Buy on this this one. I have always thought highly of Best Buy before this experience
