It shows a connection but then enters an endless loop of saying it's not connected, but I can't make the connection because it's "active", etc. Hours on the phone with customer service, factory reset, downloading a software update onto a USB stick. Nothing, still broken in its most fundamental aspect. About to go return it. This thing is junk. AVOID.

Unable to do an update on TV unless you plug a USB drive to a computer, download update then plug usb into the TV. Apps run slow and at times freezes, other wise good TV
