His seemed fine. I got another this last October and it is the biggest pain and waste of money. Apps dont all work as should. Starz is on there but it wont let you log in. The tv takes forever to turn on. Then it will not turn on and you have to pull power cord and waot to try to get it to come on. You get what you pay for. I rather have my Samsung

Misleading smart tv

Major issues connecting to wireless powering on

Nice picture and sound but both that I bought require constant unplugging (daily) because they have issues connecting to wireless network when you power on. I contacted support and they said to unplug, wait 30 seconds and plug back in.
