Broke in 1 month

I purchased this tv on 6/16/25 and the screen went out on 7/15/25. I was told it could not be returned because it was after 15 day return policy. I was then told to call the company because it was under warranty, I was on hold for a long time plus once someone got on the phone they kept trying to get me to reset my tv and wifi. I told them several times the screen is out. Finally after comprehending that resetting the tv as not going to work i was told geek squard would come out two weeks after my phone call. Once they came out they looked at my tv and said it was the control panel but they cant fix it right now because the part needs to be ordered. I now have to wait another two weeks for them to come out 8/6/25 to be exact. I am afraid to purchase any more electronics from best buy. I think any item that breaks after 30 days should be able to be returned. Hopefully the next buyers experience is better then mines.

Faulty TV

The power leeps going off and the main power is always plugged in but the tv seems to turn off by itself since the next time i watch the red light indicating that the tv has power but not turned on. So i have to plug it and unplug to reset. Did that for about a few months until today when i unplugged it and plugged it back in the red light indicating that there is power, but i tried the remote and tried to turn on manually and will not turn on. Unplugged and tried new outlets, changed batteries on the remote still not working. Faulty item . I buy different brand TVs all the time to furnish homes and do home design work but this is the first time its happened. Wish they would warranty but its been a while.

So none of my Plex server media was accessible. I have to go get a Roku stick just to make this tv do what I bought it for. Very disappointed.

Got one and liked it so much that i bought 2 more. Kid friendly too. They just push a button and tell itv what they want to watch. Would definitely recommend!
