    Its ok TV for the price but I'm giving it 3 stars because the 1st unit was DOA nothing but a black screen as soon as we turn it on. Thank you Best Buy for making it a no hassle return scheduling delivery for a replacement immediately.

    Bought this TV when the Fire TV went out of Stock. I should have waited. Picture and sound are fine but the apps constantly glitch and there is no settings to manage them. This is beyond annoying. I actually almost returned the unit

    Good TV but remote control is not working properly. I have to remove the batteries every time and reinstall it to be able to turn the TV on. Will be contacting Best Buy for replacement.

    Tv would not accept HDMI signal no matter what settings. Tried everything including new transmitters and cabling to no avail.
