    It's not a bad tv, but I've had better. Slow loading of apps and streaming services. Connected with ether net cable, but loading is laggy. Have to turn sound up quite a bit because speakers are quiet. Don't like that i can't use smart things to control it from my android devices.

    Bought this TV when the Fire TV went out of Stock. I should have waited. Picture and sound are fine but the apps constantly glitch and there is no settings to manage them. This is beyond annoying. I actually almost returned the unit

    Good TV but remote control is not working properly. I have to remove the batteries every time and reinstall it to be able to turn the TV on. Will be contacting Best Buy for replacement.

    This isn’t the television I was hoping for. The audio is out of sync even after I reset both audio and visual. It feels like I’m constantly watching a foreign film with English voice overlay. Very disappointed.

    Its ok TV for the price but I'm giving it 3 stars because the 1st unit was DOA nothing but a black screen as soon as we turn it on. Thank you Best Buy for making it a no hassle return scheduling delivery for a replacement immediately.
