Cheap but not worth the lower quality

I knew the XUMO would convert to the Spectrum app unlike the Fire TV's The picture is grainy and the picture does not seem to be clear for sport games. Fuzzy spots. I am disappointed in that. It may have been a few dollars cheaper but the quality is not as good as what I thought.

Geek Squad and Pioneer Customer service suck

I had to jump through hoops to get a repair appointment and when I finally got one set up by pioneer it was cancelled by Best Buy due to still being under manufacture warranty. I spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get answers but couldn’t. Waste of money on the TV and the Protection Plan from Best Buy
