To hide the absolute stupidity of the product, and then blame it on the consumer. The whole point is to have all this technology to make things easier. But what is easier than pushing a button? Not everyone needs to have all these bells and whistles that don't even work anyway. Why I would think that a TV would work from Best Buy, when I bought it to t the receiver I bought from Best Buy set up. Now I need a computer to get that to set up...Nah...I'm done being played. Like the last several big ticket items I got here, not one of them work. I have spent so much time trying to get them working, that now I am stuck with them. Very expensive crap.

TV stopped working after almost 1 year later

I initially thought it was the remote control, but TV won’t even turn in when you try to turn it on manually with the button located on the TV. Since it has been exactly a year already, I am outside the manufacturer warranty and customer service has not been able to help me, unless I want to pay 120 sum dollars to get a technician to ‘diagnose’ the problem and that is before paying for any potential parts or services needed. The tv was at a bargain price but not worth it if it’s just going to kick the bucket after a year. Before this issue, the tv was great.

I’m glad I returned it and bought a different one. You get what you pay for, its one of the cheaper tvs at Best Buy for a reason.

I had to return this because of a weird streaming glitch. It would freeze, then fast forward to catch up, even with Ethernet. The 43 inch streams just fine?
