Awful Software

The remote would take 32 seconds to turn on the TV, the TV came without any usable apps, the TV download/setup process would take 4 minutes and 52 seconds and then fail. I cannot do anything at all with this TV. I also learned that, even if things had worked properly, I would later be forced to do manual updates with a USB drive down the road. Ridiculous for 2025. Returning immediately and not buying another Pioneer TV. Awful experience.

Don't buy

My son opened an early Christmas gift and wouldn't connect to the internet. The following day, my other son opened his and guess what wouldn't connect to the internet. After some research, it turns out this TV has been discontinued. I wonder why.

BB is very bad

I had to purchase this tv because BB would not send me a remote for a busted xumo, despite the fact that i've spent THOUSANDS at BB. This "back up" tv is the VERY LAST item I will EVER buy from the very bad people (I'd use stronger language, but I"m not the Orange Jesus. Unless and until I ever receive that remote, I will forever bad mouth your company. Go jump!!

this is the worst TV ever made

I bought the first one and got a black screen with no text on it when I set it up. I returned it, waited 3 days for the delivery of a 2nd one, and got the TV to display Pioneer when I set up and went BLANK again after that, No pictures. Just a black screen. So ridiculous. Called Customer support and they were clueless, asking me to change the battery of the remote that came in brand new with the TV, I did and nothing changed. I took it back to buy a 65 in LG instead, I will never buy Pioneer again.

Crappy tv

Defective TV

When a sound bar is hooked up to it, it cycles through the Input options and stay on sound bar, not showing anything. It also turns on independently. We found it on 3 different times, once when returning from work and twice in the middle of the night. It was on the screensaver when we discovered it each time so we don’t know how long it had been on.
