Works on Bluetooth though no car play so you still have to use your phone for maps and navigation. Installed a backup camera works well with it

This model is not HD ready

When Geeksquad tech was showing me how to use it, I noticed the display screen was not showing the album cover image as it shows in the ad here on the Bestbuy website. Tech was unable to answer my question. After some research, I found that this particular model (AVH-221EX0)is NOT HD ready. There is another model (AVH-220EX) which is HD ready. The images are deceiving and lead you to think you will be purchasing the radio that gets the album cover displaying on your radio. I am told that I cannot return or exchange even though it's within the return period because it's already been installed.
