Please help me disable the Alarm. Very annoying.!!

Very nice product, everything works like I wanted...

Radio is user friendly and lots of great features!

I have tried two of this model radio and both have had a problem where apple CarPlay won’t stay connected. It cuts out on phone calls and when music is playing it switches to iPod and back and interrupts the music. I am very disapointed. I payed 400 dollars for a radio that doesn’t work properly. The geek squad employees have been very helpful through this process. I will be trying a Sony or some other brand in the hopes that I have better results.

Overall works ok... The buttons feel cheap and can be hard to push. the reception is not good; however, could be the antenna? Probably is worth the price but maybe other units out there that are a little better for the same cost

Not the apple car play on Bluetooth have to use plug in and the radio Bluetooth come and go wouldn’t purchase again

After hooking this up it would shut itself off from time to time but it works for what I needed it for!

For some reason every time I turn it on the music stops playing but you can see it progressing.

This unit worked fairly well for about 10 months. Now all "secondary screens" non op. That is I can get into Pandora but no Pandora screen shows up same with Amazon Music and Audible Books. Now going to find out how to return this item. This item has always been somewhat flaky on the display/lighting hookup.

Took it back didn’t like the way it sounded went with the jvc instead

I’ve had the system for a little over 2 years, and recently it hasn’t been wanting to come on at all. It first started when it would get hot and just cutoff. Now it doesn’t matter if it is cold or hot. If you want a more reliable system get something else.

Good but cost a lot to install with all the kits and stuff.

This unit, same as many other Pioneer units, suffers from the 'Black Screen' issue. The screen goes black and the buttons stop responding. It starts gradually then becomes a real pain in the you know what. I have to disconnect my car battery's ground so it resets. Resetting does not fix the problem. The problem will persist. Buyer be ware. Pass on Pioneer radios. Search the issue.

Every time I turn around something else is wrong with this. The pandora app almost never works, the codes to link the steering wheel controls with the unit don’t work, and now, dvds won’t play. I spent extra money thinking I get what I pay for and I’m seriously ready to go off. I’m over the top frustrated. And Best Buy installed it and they alll are pointing fingers at the product. “It’s not your car it’s the unit.” Why sell this garbage if these are known facts?

I understand that the instructions not going to tell you how to install the radio but could they at least label the wires to tell you what wire is which had to wait on hold for three hours for them to send me the diagram I'm paying $349 for this radio is it too much to ask for labeled wires or a diagram showing what wire is which.

The Radio is a wonderful upgrade in a 2011 Toyota Corolla. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and installed it myself with cables and a trim kit also from Best Buy. It installs easy and looks great. Sound with the original speakers is SO much better through this radio. I've never liked Siri, but it works very well with CarPlay and its a huge help. I'm a Waze user and Waze sound will work through bluetooth, but I used Apple maps and Siri for the first time after install and it works very well. Lane advice from Apple maps is nice. HD Radio works great, Apple music apps work great. I used a blank switch insert in the dash to make a custom USB port for carplay and modified the existing Aux port to work too. Hands free phone works perfect. Siri will read/write texts which is a plus. It works well enough that I know my daughter's hands stay on the wheel. My daughter loves the radio. Says it makes it feel like a new car. The fun, and functionality, of this product exceeded my expectations!

I hated this unit after a 6 hour install & put in a kenwood instead - it did NOT work correctly with my phone & was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend!

Had so many issues with this. Called for support and they were not helpful. CD is stuck in it and no way to get it out. Will never by pioneer again. I should have bought Alpine

Had to return because Best Buy was trying to charge me an extra $170 for the part needed for installation. Make sure before you buy to ask for all items needed. If you can get a hold of anyone in the radio department.
