I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this unit! The CarPlay is flawless and allows me to use “Waze” for navigation. It honestly makes my car feel brand new. I’d say that the only drawback is the delay response time when using Bluetooth, but it’s not a deal breaker at all.

I have always liked the Pioneer brand of Car stereos. They provide a good mix of features at a reasonable price. The on screen interface is very good and easy to use. However the buttons to control volume etc. are so tiny that it is difficult to keep your eyes on the road when changing volume. Installed a backup camera and was able to use the limit lines on the radio.

I am replacing a 2003 radio that had no current tech abilities. This radio does a great job connecting to my Apple phone and making all my apps accessible and provides great hands free driving. I dinged a star since sometimes it struggles going into Apple Car Play mode if the phone is connected at start up. Otherwise great radio and very nice quality sound.

Took a little while to get used to the functions, but now a few weeks have pasted and I am really happy with the receiver. Being able to use Waze is awesome, and the sound when listening to the radio is a real upgrade from the factory receiver I had.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he loved it. It gave him all the features of a new version of a car stereo (like Bluetooth, Apple car play, etc.) Coupled with a rear view mirror, it brought my grandson’s 1997 SUV up-to-date.

We just had our new touchscreen radio/backup camera installed in my husband’s truck...and we couldn’t be more pleased! The installation was so well done and the system is easy to use, with all the bells and whistles! Good job, Best Buy...

I purchased this for my daily driver considering I didn't want anything crazy for it. Let me tell you it does more than that. There is so many options for adjusting your audio and responsiveness of the touch screen couldn't be any better. CarPlay is a +.

Does everything I want and more. Apple-car play is awesome. My only slight complaint is that sometimes it shows the album art for the previous song that played instead of the current one. Not sure what the deal is with that.

The touchscreen works nice and the digital tuner picks up more stations than regular radio. This also comes with a USB adapter (perfect for Apple Carplay) and a microphone that works perfect for Bluetooth phone conversations and using Siri.

Love this radio! Apple CarPlay is very nice and HD radio is a bonus.

We replaced the stock radios in 2 cars with this product. Love them! Now that we are hands free, Siri helps us with all of our nav and personal issues. We only wish that the cord to attach to the phone would be a little less indiscreet.

Excellent head unit. All the NEX models are awesome. The 13 band equalizer the Apple CarPlay and the 4v preamp outputs are what makes pioneer one of the top brands for car audio head units.

The controls are easy to navigate through to get the most out of the unit. This head unit made the factory speakers sound better than they did with the stock radio.

There are so many things I like about this radio, mainly the Apple radio feature, but the fact that it has Bluetooth and is capable for backup camera, which I did install, really make this a must have, especially for the price!

I was debating changing out my radio and saw this on sale with free install ... I am happy every time I start my truck ... people can’t believe how nice it is and good it looks ... now though I am thinking about s new speakers :-)

Totally enjoying all of the functionality provided by this head unit. Hardwired, bluetooth-connected, whatever... it hasn't failed me. My previous stereo cost me three times as much at Car Toys and didn't perform half as well.

I don't need the wireless car play. It does everything I need through BT. You can ask siri questions and play music, make phone calls. If you really want to you can hook it up through a cable for additional features.

Bought this for my Tacoma as I wanted apple CarPlay in it and its great! Exactly what I wanted and probably the lowest cost entry point into apple car play you can get. Great for streaming my Spotify and for apple maps
