After my install at Best Buy the unit is perfect wasn't happy with the fit will be going back to adjust the fitment in the dash

Great stereo, I love it! The lights can be customized an it's awesome! Very handy with phones for bluetooth, Spotify and more.

So far so good I am thinking of purchasing the pioneer g series 6x9 speakers and the 6.5 speakers as well a 4 channel pioneer amp.

This was an open box item, and we were told that it was never installed in a car. However, when we got it home to install, we saw that the wires were cut as if it WERE previously installed. While running apps like pandora or spotify, it will disconnect sporadically. Also, the whole radio will shut off and then reconnect on its own, sporadically... if it didnt glitch, it would be a great product!

My expectations of the product was greatly exceeded. It does more things than I knew it did when I bought it.

I read several reviews indicating that this and similar units could be temperamental with Bluetooth and iPhone connectivity. I assumed it would be the rare case. Unfortunately 15 days after install we started getting error codes. After working with Pioneer support (which was great by the way, they are in California ) it was determined that the usb port might be defective and we should restore the unit to verify. After restoring we continued to have problems even if not plugged into the port. BB is going to exchange because we are Elite members, but if not we would be shipping a brand new stereo in for repairs. Im not impressed with that. Overall we were happy with the unit, menu navigation was good (not intuitive) but nothing so complex that you cant figure it out. Install was straight forward, fit right into our 04 Tacoma with no modifications other than the electrical adapter also sold by BB. As a sidenote, it is advertised as navigation ready, but that is putting it generously. Its barely navigation capable and you have to follow this special App process with your phone plugged in. Just use your phone! Come on Pioneer you can do better than that. Read the description, “seamlessly”. Hardly. Audio quality is good, HD radio works great. No concerns with that element, a minimum expectation in which this unit lives up to.

Installation was a breeze. Fit without issues, on a 2008 Scion TC. Sound quality improvement versus stock radio.

Great unit. Integration with Pandora is ok. Spotify and siriusxm work perfect. Nice radio for the price.
