Easy to learn, love the backup feature, and phone.

I am very pleased with my Pioneer touch face. I purchased my Mustang and the radio was taken out of it. I had a nicer, higher end Pioneer, but my car has no alarm on it. So I figured I’d buy another one. Anyhow, the only problems I’ve had was with the installation. The Tech messed up my fan for my heater/AC. They took something out of my car and wouldn’t re install it. They acted like it was no big deal, so my Customer Service was bad, but no complaints about the product. My instructions were discarded by them, so I hadn’t to familiarize myself with the radio. Product wise, I’ve never had a problem with Best Buy and I will continue to shop there and at BestBuy.com. But I will absolutely never ever have any automotive work done there again. I had another bad experience prior to this at another location, but it wasn’t nearly as bad.

Such an improvement in my vehicle. Allows me to play songs from my phone and has lots of extra HD radio stations that I had never heard before. My only complaint is that I wish the volume was controlled with a knob instead of a button. Just takes a little linger and that’s kind of annoying.

This unit is attractive, priced fairly, and makes the 2007 Accord look like a 2017. I even had a backup camera installed and that picture is excellent. All controls, including camera, work like a 2017 car. The bluetooth automatically connects to your device when the car is started. Well worth the investment.

I have a 2004 F-150 and my factory unit failed. Bought this off Deal of the Day. Looks great and works well. Only issue is Bluetoothing phone calls does not work well. Difficult to hear. May be due to background noise in the truck, not sure. Otherwise, sound and function works great!

Nice system, Android play and Apple CarPlay suck. Need a cord to run it and it’s not very user friendly for the Android as you must load an app on your phone and it still won’t show navigation. Not worth the extra money it cost compared to other units to have that feature. Recommend only if you gave a iPhone

Had this installed into my 2013 RAM (replacing the factory radio) Great sound and functionality. The remote is a huge plus once you get the hang of it. Recommended to a friend and also put one in his vehicle. Needless to say, we are pleased with our purchases

I purchased this unit to replace the factory unit in my 2007 Honda CR-V. This unit has so many features that I just love it. It has a USB connector and I can connect my iPod and Bluetooth features, I plan to add the reverse camera next

Very clean display, easy to use buttons, can change almost everything on it. I love this product, made my car sounds 10× better. I don't even need subs after getting this.

big display, easy to see and use, provides multiple functions. Love added feature of adding input back up cam. Wished it came with Sirus XM tuner installed and hands free calling for android phones or android auto compatibility.

I purchased this radio and am well pleased with the radio. Good quality and loaded with features. The response speed is average , not fast or slow. The screen resolution is good. I really have nothing negative to say about this radio. I would definitely purchase it again and recommend it. Pandora , Spotify, Sirius xm compatible. Also, has HD radio. You can also play movies from USB flash drive. Mpeg, avi , and mkv formats.

My son drives a 2006 Ford F-150 with a basic sound system. This new receiver allows for bluetooth to his phone music and easy conversing with his business customers. Got it on sale with free install that was done very well.

I was replacing a previous Pioneer unit that didn’t have Bluetooth. Took me 15 minutes to install it. Same wiring harness as the old unit!! Very easy to operate as well. My son had it figured out in less than 10 minutes. Bluetooth works great!!

The bluetooth works perfectly and so does the touchscreen. I can play all my music, pandora, iheart radio, pretty much anything my phone plays, plays over bluetooth. the phone function also works great. I like the fact that it will play CDs, MP3s and DVDs.

I primarily bought this for use with a new backup camera. (The screen is great for that). The HD radio, iPod player, Bluetooth phone connection all worked flawlessly and sounded great.

We purchased the radio because it was the easiest to operate. The tech (Jamaal) was very informative and went through the features with us and asked if we had any problems don’t hesitate to come back and ask for help.

Works great I like it a lot I would like to have the volume control on the touch screen full time though. I would definitely recommend this stereo to everyone. I like it better than the factory stereo my car came with

Provides me with all the features I was used to having in my former new car but without the cost of a new car. My cars paid for but I have everything I had in the car that wasn't paid for.

I love my new radio it’s so beautiful, sounds amazing, it has so many feautures, & the quality on the dvd image resolution it’s super nice, very happy that i purchase this pioneer radio.
