Bought the first unit open box online; It was rated excellent meaning all parts were present and it had been restored to factory defaults. Neither was true. Half of the connecting cords were missing and the previous owner Hector had all of his info in the unit including a lock that I could not bypass. Secondly it was advertised as free installation, but the only installation site I could sign up for was a 150 mile roundtrip. Even though I knew there were Best Buys that did installs a 100 miles closer. I ended up taking the unit back to the closer Best Buy, buying a brand new unit and scheduling an installation. They did a great job installing it and I like the unit, but I endured a lot of headaches over the first unit and trying to get it installed. In the end it cost me a $100 more for the new unit.

Syncs up to your apple device wirelessly and runs your phone via touch screen. Spent a little extra and got the backup camera with it. Works great upgrade for my 2012 truck.

i had a hard time with this. It took 2 trips to the Best buy Audio installation and then a trip to an auto mechanic to fix an electrical issue. It functions okay finally but the screen could be brighter.

For the money, perfect! Installation was amazing, Kip did an awesome job at the Bradenton location. Radio itself is a new model with reliable wireless carplay and smoother operation of the radio. Love the interface, its not perfectly smooth like your $1000 iphone but its smooth enough to get the job done, slight refresh rate hickups. I do love its surround sound selection based on listening position, works great! HD Radio works great, usb was installed for you to connect to it wired if you wanted to use a usb drive or use Apple CarPlay wired.

Works as expected. Stock radio had a black screen and we wanted to upgrade to a hands free model. First purchase did not work and tech suggested this one.

Works great, looks good also. Easy to use. Only thing is, I wish I knew how to set up an equalizer

It isn't a bad unit. Im not a fan of the fact it doesn't allow you to dim the brightness down.

Awesome Stereo! I installed it in my 2009 FJ and updated my car with 2025 features!

I use an iPhone 15 pro max and the voice quality is horrible. It cuts out constantly. People on the other end complain they can't hear me. There is an awful delay. I spoke with Pioneer and they had me place the GPS antenna on the dash. I did and it did not help. Call quality using another app like Signal works fine. It is also frustrating that you have to push the back up camera parking lines each time. My last Pioneer I did not need to do that. Very disappointed.

So far, I’m very happy with my Apple CarPlay. I am still learning the ins and outs of a lot of it, but it’s a lot better than what I had. The installation went very well. The technician knows his stuff.

Excellent sound quality and fine control! Would buy it again!
