The day of my appointment I got a call that the two techs called in sick and I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for 12/26. They look at my daughter’s car and say that I need to purchase a $150 wire kit to retain her steering wheel functions and that the one that was automatically added the the cart one the website wouldn’t do that. They didn’t have this product in stock and said they would have to order it and I would need to bring the car back again. At that point I was frustrated and requested a refund.

Posted .I am sorry to hear you are having such a problem with the installation and adapter kits. I know certain vehicles require special interface modules, and they can be expensive.
If not yet resolved, please contact Best Buy at 1-888-237-8289. They will try to assist you with the problem.

Connection issues

The main issue is that sometimes it disconnects from wireless CarPlay randomly. It will sometimes connect again in seconds. Other times you have to tap around on the screen a bit. If it didn’t have that issue I’d love it.
