I am still learning the ins and outs of a lot of it, but it’s a lot better than what I had. The installation went very well. The technician knows his stuff.

Very disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm back at Best Buy having the car checked because a) I get some kind of Maestro connection error on the screen and b) the unit doesn't work well. I spent about $750 on this, and a good bit of the functionality I wanted doesn't work. It took a while to notice the problem because the primary user of the car passed away 6 months ago, so I just recently checked the unit to see how it was working, I have no idea if the faulty unit is still covered by warranty or if there is some kind of solution that just isn't obvious. The car is being checked now.

Posted .I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem with the DMH-W3050NEX.
If the iDatalink is faulty, they should be able to get it replaced. At the very least, update it and program it again for your vehicle and the Pioneer radio.
If the issue is with the DMH-W3050NEX, it has a one-year warranty.

This was on top of waiting 2 weeks for a scheduled appointment. Which forced me to lose a day then when i arrived 30 minutes before my appointment they didnt even get to my vehicle an hour later which was when they told me i had to order an additional part. I told them return everything I no longer want it. After taking an entire got my hopes up just to say “oops its not gonna happen today and you get an additional charge and another lost day”. Yeah no thanks im going to think real hard about spending another single dollar in Best Buy i highly doubt ill ever get that warm fuzzy feeling on making another purchase in Best Buy
